She cried not over "how many views" she had on her video, she cried at how what she was able to do, touched people's heart for Jesus. We have much to learn from this dear saint.
I don't know if you are still on this earth, Eva, but I am in tears watching your gracious and beautiful soul. I wish I had you in my life. Eva, I am not old, but am now housebound due to disability, and I have felt my life is over for a very long time now, and I often wished it were over. I feel so useless. I love the Lord, and He is sovereign over what has happened to me, so I am at peace with it because He reigns and has prepared a place for me in heaven. I can sew, and I never thought of this. Watching you reminds me of the sheer joy that there will be in heaven, being with Him, but also meeting you and people like you and having all of you around me. Your singing was like a balm for my spirit, a reminder that He was sent to bind up the broken hearted.Thank you, dear sister in Christ, for sharing your life, your work and beautiful photos with us.

If I may interject. A friend of mine got kicked out of her 'home' at 15 and found herself on the streets. Providencially she got a job behind a sewing machine in the sail making industry. She meanwhile, in the evenings, designed and sewed 400 dresses and then opened up her own women's boutique and ran a fairly successful business. Now she's past retirement but being a devout Christian I know what she would say: 'we have derived all our creative gifts from God who is THE creator of all things. Therefore having been created in His image, it is our desire to create (what ever the medium). Put you burdens to prayer and ask the Lord to fill your heart with joy and ask Him to allow you to fill your desires in being creative (if that be sewing) for a worthy cause and to His glory. What better "purpose" could there be?!

I'm crying, this sweet lady reminds me of my great grandmother Grandmama who I lost 20 years ago and miss her terribly still. I watched the first video of her and glad to see her reactions to comments and pictures. She has truly touched more people than she realizes. Thank you!

It's like we're all flying blind, walking in the dark, never knowing if or how the fruits of our labour may touch others' lives for the better. Eva got to see that blind faith and giving does change the world. As long as we keep standing and shining our lights we'll be just fine. I think that's the message.
