What a beuatiful sentence this gentleman have quoted to us: "we have endless possibilities. No one can say it´s not skateboarding." Pure spirit of skateboard.
Sometimes I think of myself less of a skater and more just a fan of skateboarding because I can't do much outside of riding my board and a handful of tricks. But there is nothing better than spending the day pushing around my town on my board. You don't need to be able to do all the tricks, sometimes you just need to enjoy the ride
Bro!! This is the nicest skateboarding video I’ve ever seen! Showing skateboarding culture, art, respect, creativity and fun much fun! Thank you very much and congrats guys! Awesome the vibrant energy from both of you, I could felt from here!
This is the kind of skateboarding I love. Pure passion. Being creative and not turning your nose up to any kind of trick or style. I want to go skate Japan so much now and catch that tiny skatepark party on the first Thursday of the month. I think I would bring just my own, hand-made pennyboard deck.
I loved this dude and his interpretation of skateboarding. Somehow I found myself identifying with his sentiments. I’m also older and rarely do ollies or tricks these days. But I love cruising the streets and just feeling the sensations. I’m in southern Japan but my next trip up to Tokyo I will definitely be stopping by FESN. Thanks much for introducing this legend and his ideas🙏❤️
i fw the philosophy, especially the respecting objects part. i'm in the process of cutting out wheel wells on an old chipped up deck to convert it into a cruiser, with old dropthrough longboard trucks i never used, and it's becoming my new favourite thing lately. big ups, Takahiro
Made me smile 😊. Wonderful stuff. Morita's line _"we have endless possibilities"_ struck me. That's skating, 100%. _edit._ And yeah, love Madars as well. A very cool series all in all.
Such an amazing documentary! I've watched countless FESN videos and now I see this documentary from Red Bull Skateboarding about it - absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much!
I love what this man is doing to and for skateboarding. Mark Gonzales must be so proud! And you, as well, Madars! And, I love how this Japanese gentleman is inspired by the Venice Beach / Dogtown style!
What a great video! Something fresh. I really enjoyed watching it. I dint know, there is something in skateboarding that will never leave you. I stopped skating for almost 15 years because of alcohol and other substances. My wife bought me a skateboard year ago, and I realised how much I missed it. I think if you loved it, you may forget abut it, but it will never forget you, and will find a way to get you back to skating. Love to you all❤!
That skate art was so beautiful... it actually captured the essence of 2 forms of artistic expression. The simplistic organized chaos that was created was pure to the tenth degree!❤
I agree wholsomely with Takahiro's sentiment about skateboarding. A lot of it is all about California and skate contests. But that's not what's real to most of us around the world. Creativity, uniqueness, and developing your own identity within the culture is what matters. Oh, and fun of course
2 man skateboard was a thing in the 70s. I forgot about that. They used 12 inch wide boards with 2 trucks in the front and 2 in the back, Side by side.
I'm happy I found cruising. My dad bought me a Lib Tech longboard at 9.25 x 43.31" concaved fishtail with actual nose and 70mm 78a wheels + risers. I lived far from skate parks and cops were kinda tough on street skating so hitting hills was kinda the natural progression. Found easy ones where you top out at 33mph/53kmph. Going fast is where it's at. Been bombing hills since I was a kid now that I look back. It just happens growing up in valleys in the foothills. Just way more fun not on hard street wheels. This video was inspiring. Made me feel better about the 10 or so completes I have lol
Mister Takahiro Moritasan in addition to all that is still editing with Final Cut Pro 7. Japanese are such elite human. The water ski skateboard is real clever. ah ah The front smith of Akira Komatsu.

This dude is a true street surfer. He carries the spirit of the Z-boys
I love street surfing.
Takahiro Morita has unique vision of skateboarding and it’s culture. He’s making his own legacy.
Wow, simply wow. This man seems to be a moving art piece.

Madars is the perfect host. He is so talented and open-minded. He’s down for anything, as long as he can get a handstand in there.
So great, thank you for making and sharing
Very nicely put together film. Morita deserves all the shine he gets.
Japan is a state of mind in the most imaginably-positive way :) quite motivational video! Greetings from Poland. Sk8 is Gr8!

When it comes right down to it. Pushing and carving are all you need to have style and fun!
