TUT Tshwane Based Choir performing Unexpected Guest - Isijwili

The Tshwane University of Technology Pretoria-Based Choir consisting of three (3) campus choirs namely; the Ga-Rankuwa Campus Choir, the Soshanguve Campus Choir and the Pretoria Campus Choir presents the work of Lihle Biata. The TUT Choir is the first to perform this wonderful piece.
This African song is part of a repertoire called “Unexpected Guest” which is composed by Lihle Biata. The repertoire is about the guest we never expected, Covid-19 (Corona Virus) which caused a Global Pandemic followed by a nationwide lockdown. The name of this piece is "Unexpected Guest - Isijwili” under the baton of Mr. Sydney Masetlhe.
The Choir held a Virtual Concert where the song was performed for the very first time. The Virtual Concert was held on Sunday the 29th November 2020 @ Altelekker Camp Site Hall in Centurion.
