You live in another world, despite the noise of the TV and the games, I felt something beautiful in that house, the calm and comfort. Congratulations, my brother
@@SuperLifeCoreIt's pretty amazing what the mega Sg can do. It's like those cartridge adapters that the Analogue Pocket has, that thing plays everything, but it's all so expensive.
@@otakutube5783 Unfortunately, they don't work on original hardware for 2 reasons: 1 They don't fit on any of the Sega genesis consoles, and 2 because original hardware does not have the internal components to play game gear and SG1000/Mk3. The Mega SG has all those cores because it is an FPGA machine that recreates all those hardware components.
@@nvc. I love everything about Analogue except the shipping costs that i dont understand why they are so high. I have those adapters for the pocket, stay tuned, ill make a video about it =)
I have a feeling Analogue will re-release the Mega SG and Super NT to support 4K and USB-C. I don't have the Mini NT nor the Duo, but i really want to get the Duo.
I also have the Analogue Mega SG + Terraonion MegaSD flashcard combo, paired up with an 8bitdo M30 2.4G controller. For me it's the ultimate setup to play Retro Sega games on modern displays. My saturn needs are covered in a different way as I've put a Terraonion mode in one of my saturn consoles, combined with a 256gb SSD filled with virtually every saturn game I'll ever need. Same goes with the dreamcast. I have a second Terraonion mode in that one too, combined with a picopsu, a noctua silent fan and an hdmi mod. I still need to pick up a retrofighters wireless controller for that part of my setup though but that's a minor detail :)
I have the MODE on my Saturn as well, it's absolutely amazing, this is one of the reasons i still don't have the Mister FPGA because i have everything i need for now. Maybe if they start using a more powerful board on the Mister, i will get one.
“Alejandon’t” jajaja You are cold blooded, my friend 😆 This is exactly what I was wondering could be done. Are consoles like this available in Brazil? I know they have all kinds of crazy stuff when it comes to 16-bit gaming.
The Pocket is amazing. I have a feeling Analogue will re-release the Mega SG and Super NT in 4k and USB-C, since the new Analogue 3D has these features.
Well, i think this is a nearly perfect machine, my only problem would be the price, Analogue consoles are expensive specially with the weird shipping costs they have.

The TerraOnion Mega SD that i show on the video does play 32X games, but you do need the original genesis and the original 32x add-on, unfortunately. I have been hoping TerraOnion would release an update for the Mega SD that unlocks the core for 32x, but so far no luck.
I do use an everdrive, i use the Mega SD from Terraonion. Check out my previous video. That aside, some people do like to have real cartridge games to play, it's a different experience!
Yes, the Mister does play more systems in FPGA, but this is the only way to play in FPGA real original cartridges from the SG1000 to Sega CD, which is what the Super Sega was supposed to be.
@@SuperLifeCore Sure if you depend on using cartridges, other alternatives would be better. But the MISTer is a great alternative instead of using Flashcards and ODE drives. It also makes it more convenient than using old aging hardware, that requires upscalers and certain adapters to look good.
@mattx449 very wealthy person could buy CD-ROM drive in 1985... People using them as for 2007 - installing Windows Vista without DVD. Modern context anyway (CD audio also).
I forgot to leave the link to Analogue site for those interested. Here it is: www.analogue.co/
Kudos for not stretching the image on your TV like everyone else. 😂
Ahah. Thank you, retro gaming for me is 4:3
I have this fantastic machine and also the Super-NT. I ordered the Analogue-3D too and frankly I love the job that Analogue does.
I'm with you, I love the machines they produce.
Man the Mega SG puts out some great sound to your speaker setup.
It really does. O love the 16bit gen sound

Thank you so much
Excellent complete Sega game console.
It really is. And you can attach it to the mega CD to play original mega CD games.
Dude, that is a sick setup, but between the Special edition Mega Sg and all the cartridges and adapters how much does that thing cost??
It is expensive, but i love this stuff!
@@SuperLifeCoreIt's pretty amazing what the mega Sg can do. It's like those cartridge adapters that the Analogue Pocket has, that thing plays everything, but it's all so expensive.
Cool video. Do you know if these adaptors work on normal megadrive or Genesis console?

Never heard about this set before. It's just amazing and great content, new subscriber here!
Thank you so much. Analogue never really pushed hard on this set but it's really cool.
I wish Analogue still manufactured those. I got into collecting their devices way too late. The 3D will only be my second Analogue device.

The speakers are outstanding!
My trusty Tannoy and Marantz combo is great. Are you into Audiophile gear as well?
A sega console that played arcade cabinet cartridges like the neo geo would have been unreal, I thought that was what this was going to be 😢
Sega arcade machines didn't have cartridges.
@ Don’t be Perdantic fella you know what I mean surely 🤷🏻♂️

ahahah, i saw an opportunity =P The company that sells these is called ANALOGUE. You can check at analogue.co
Nice love anything Sega
Same here =)
You didn't mention that you can use a Sega CD 1 or 2 on the Mega SG. The connector is on the bottom of the unit.
You are 100% correct. I'll make a video with my original Mega CD and ill show it with the Mega SG. Thank you for watching.
Bro has that hyperdub Mega Drive 😢
😁I was really lucky to get one.
Wear the comax zoon 😳🤔
Analogue stopped making them... Right when I had the money to get one. I had to settle for the pocket and ROMs

I would love to get my hands on that machine so bad

Thank you so much. I moved to a new apartment, and I'm still adapting. Thank you for watching and for your feedback.
The old classic Sega Cd sound 👌 😎
Love it as well 😁

What's the brass tax???

Does it plays pal games at 60hz?
You can, but you might have to mess with the buffer settings for a better experience.
Why is it I don’t see the console near the TV?
You can see the console on the right side, in the middle of the Marantz AV receiver and PS5.
@@SuperLifeCore I need my eyes tested

the analogue systems look ok, their latest one is the n64 version😅 that plays real n64 cartridges

Can you rip the Bios we need that
Bios are easy to find. I'm sure Sega doesn't care but it's a gray area, i can't tell you where to get it, but there's an online archive that can help
