    I bake my own gluten free bread ☺️. And how wonderful it is when you spread a delicate mushroom pate on freshly baked bread 😏. I also love the gluten-free crackers, which are good for spreading the pate too. And what do you like to spread the pate on?

      Good question! I store the mushroom pate for no more than 5 days in the fridge. I do not recommend storing it for a longer time. 🤓

    how long does this keep in the fridge and can it be stored in a cupboard???

      Thank you for your question 😉 I can vouch that the candy will last up to three months in the refrigerator in a food container. Maybe even more, but my family eats them faster 😋.

    What kind of oil did you use in this recipe?

      In this case, I used sunflower oil. But you can use any oil you like, such as olive oil. 😉

      Thank you for your question! In this recipe, oil matters. You can try baking the pate with the spices in the oven, but it will be a completely different pate with a different flavor and texture.💁
