I just spent about an hour and a half going through comments and explaining what ASMR is so if you guys can like this comment and it get it near the top to explain it to newcomers, I would appreciate it. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and can be used for a number of things. If you're like me, I use it for anxiety relief and sleep, since I have insomnia. Not everybody experiences ASMR because nobody is the same. The ASMR community is very friendly and quite frankly supportive so don't bring negative comments into here, thanks. This is trending because when a video gets likes, views, and subs in a short period of time, it becomes trending.
I appreciate your forthrightness but TH-cam is a lawless frontier as you can see from your replies. The people who are actually curious will hopefully go to Gibi’s “what the heck is asmr?” Video and keep an open mind.

Spartan 116 uhhh ok. So first you wanna make the area around you comfortabe getting a nice blanket, pillows etc. Then after that just stop your thoughts or focus on one calm relaxing thought. I like having my T.V., radio, or ASMR playing to help relax me. Make sure that you have done everything you needed to make yourself comfortable. Like brush your teeth. turn your lights off etc. And I swear if this is meant to be a joke than I put so much effort into this one comment and if it is a comment it is pretty funny.

Spartan 116 uhhh ok. So first you wanna make the area around you comfortabe getting a nice blanket, pillows etc. Then after that just stop your thoughts or focus on one calm relaxing thought. I like having my T.V., radio, or ASMR playing to help relax me. Make sure that you have done everything you needed to make yourself comfortable. Like brush your teeth. turn your lights off etc. And I swear if this is meant to be a joke than I put so much effort into this one comment and if it is a comment it is pretty funny.
