Yep..single women here with a home and yard. The only thing I pay out is lawn care. I do everything else, and I love it. I love yard work and working my body. I tackle one job at a time, and I get it all done. I give myself one week to do it and it's done by the end of week. I pace myself...😊 I do the same every year.👍
Yep I’m a 64 year old single woman with bad lungs , I do stuff and then rest… I have a few cows , horses , too many chickens probably, my garden beds , workin on a high tunnel ,all on 33 acres … not as easy as it used to be but , thank the Lord I’m still getting it done.. when it’s 105 degrees outside it’s a little bit harder
I have heart, lung problems, fibromyglia, fatigue, mini seizures, vertigo at 60. Baby steps. No way I could do all that but do as much as I can. Accomplish one thing a day. More on a good day.
Thanks for the laughs this morning! I was rolling with up is down, down is up!!! You almost toppled him over. Y’all have a great sense of humor and genuine love for each other. May God continue to bless you with health, wisdom and strength to continue on your journey. Hugs from Plant City, Fl.
You both are amazing! Having a condo with swivel chairs! Hope you have coffee! Love to see you are enjoying life and enjoying one another ! Praising Our Lord and giving Thanks! Love you all!!❤️
Thanks for the videos you folks put out. Glad to see Danny cleaned up the garbage dump. I know folk used to do that a lot in times gone by, but I hate to see it today.
This was a very entertaining video, so glad you decided to share it with us. that deer feeder is gonna be so useful. Thank you for feeding them. I absolutely love deer. Take care of both and God bless
It's proper health husbandry to cull the weakest from the herds. I've heard old-timers say they will actually present themselves when it's time. *Fun music,Wanda. Enjoy seeing the little grandkids.
Great video! Poor Danny dang near got thrown off that tractor.😂 The feeder seems really nice. Except for getting hit with them corn kernels flying out.
It’s not easy to operate a tractor with one hand, especially when trying to film at the same time. I noticed the white knuckle grip on the scoop. Glad everything worked out and everyone is safe.
Great video. I can’t believe you got I the bucket while mom was at the wheel 😂😂😂 I loved the clips at the end. Wish I could have seen Christopher’s face while he was on Hopes shoulders 😂
You two had me howling! 😅. Wanda you’re a better woman than I am. I’m not sure what would happen if my husband was sitting in that thing like that and me driving 😮.
Danny is, as he has proven many times, ocd. OF COURSE he’s going to get it right! It’s far less costive in both time and resources to take the time to do it right than to have to go back and do it over.
I think it’s a blessing that the turkey, quail, and other birds are coming back because you have provided them a sanctuary. Please be careful with your mowing schedule, as some species nest in the grass. (As if you needed a warning.) Maybe you will get some killdeer and bobwhite.
That is awesome to be seeing quail. I too have not seen or heard a wild Bobwhite in 19 years. I love wildlife. I have several degrees in the forestry, fisheries, and wildlife management, Biology, and Natural Sciences. I am a conservationist, not a preservationist. Use without Abuse is good for me. I look forward to seeing more from this food plot. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
The grass on the food plot is lush and thick, but the tallgrass prairie has grass taller than the head of a man on horseback. It’s easy to get lost in it, and many people did; many of them wound up taking dirt naps.
Mrs. Wanda had me sweating! Our Kubota has a diagram on the bucket arm that helped me learn the bucket functions. Danny if there's not a sticker, 6 might want yo make one if this is your plan to fill the feeder all season 😂
Really does sling the corn. Kinda like the days when we would get the film developed and couldn't wait to see the pictures. Fun Video to watch. Blessing to you both and your Family.
I want to see footage of the deer being out there when that thing shoots out the feed. LOL Wanda, you did good not dumping him off that thing. You must be better at it than he acts or he'd of been SKEERED to get up there with you behind the wheel. hehe
Well guys that really good you can do all these things now wait tell you are 77 it just doesn’t work as well more pain than you want to deal with. Just a wake up notice. I remember I had to get my wife to put me up in tractor bucket she couldn’t get that, bucket roll right at all she liked had dump me out several times.
Danny, there ain’t nothing like walking up on a covey of quail. boy, they will scare you when they takeoff. We used to have them on the farm in Central Texas, but then they disappeared. I’ve heard over the years. Heard some say that fire ants took him out. Don’t know if that’s true or not, but that’s what I heard.
Your neck is healed and ever withhold in Jesus name I don't mean this bad but you said it twice in the video my neck my neck well you get what you speak.godbless you .
Danny is so brave, getting in the bucket without Wanda having a practice sessions. Their next TH-cam channel will be "Homesteading Send Me To The ER" 🏥⚕ Wow, that feeder, until you move it, you may need to put a metal shield on it to keep the corn from going int he woods. Not to self, when moving it, load it with a little feed and do a test fire before refilling. 😆
Danny, your neck must be bothering you a aweful lot because you've mentioned it a few times and I've noticed that your shoulders are rolling forward and your neck isn't aligned very well. I know you've had several accidents etc in your life but maybe try one of those shoulder/back braces that reminds you to align your back better and shoulders back would help with your neck bothering you some. They aren't expensive and might give you some relief.
I shot my crossbow at 1 square bale and it was in front of 3 round bales, and I never found the bolt… when I put out the round bales and they were eaten .. I looked for the bolt… never found it
With field tips on a regular crossbow target bag, it sinks up to the fletching. The bolts are probably in the hay somewhere or went through it all. Maybe drug off by something. 170 pull weight on mine.
why go through the effort and cost? When the DNR only lets you get one/two per season? It's not like fishing to my knowledge per day.. Someone here told me, if you don't get one in the first week, you're done (rifle season). The deer all hide or run to Wisconsin! HA! It's a complicated situation, that I'm not involved with. But it's interesting.
Do you have problems with the wild hogs? I watch the videos of David in north Miss. Trapping the hogs, I watch his videos and he very good and stays busy. The hogs will destroy a lot of land. God bless
I don't understand what you're doing? City girl here... but isn't that "bateing" the deer? I thought that was wrong? Idk... I'm asking a question. Thank you, guys!
That last sentence that you said in this video, is exactly the mantra of the nwo; the only difference is their target includes mankind as food. You may want to run for President if someone tries to take out Mr. T again. Just a thought.
@@JNoMooreNumbers My observation is that Danny hunts for meat, not trophies. He is more likely to take barren does and defective young bucks, young bucks being dumb and tender. Careful culling improves the herd over time.
Danny I'm disappointed in you ,why you ask , well you put the sticker on the deer feeder in the wrong place. Its too late to move it so you are going to have to live with your actions Man......bawhahahahaha 😂
That LOOK on Danny’s FACE when yall got that first blast of corn🤣🤣🤣.
Good afternoon Mr. Danny and Ms. Wanda. Thank y'all for the laugh again. That feeder is set to Turbo mode LOL. Y'all have a blessed day.
Pecan Grove is Beautiful, A little piece of Heaven!!!!!!
Danny I am 66 years young and people always ask me how do you get all this done. You have to adapt and overcome
Definitely adapt and overcome. Well said. 👏👏🌻🐝

Sweet little Cedar Tree... I'm glad you let it survive ❤
This was priceless! I waited until this morning to watch and start my day with a laugh with DSH! ITS AWA7S A WILD RIDE AT DSH! LOL
This was a very entertaining video, so glad you decided to share it with us. that deer feeder is gonna be so useful. Thank you for feeding them. I absolutely love deer. Take care of both and God bless
It's that time of year! I've been deer hunting for 40-plus years. I always get excited to set up for the season. Good luck!
It's proper health husbandry to cull the weakest from the herds. I've heard old-timers say they will actually present themselves when it's time. *Fun music,Wanda. Enjoy seeing the little grandkids.
💖Living the good life! So happy for both of you. Many blessings💖🙏🙏🙏🙏
In five or 10 years, you can look back on that little cedar tree and see how tall it’s grown. Good deer stand. Thank you for the video.
Oh my goodness, I’m sure glad that you left those bloopers in this video 😂!
Omg! That was hysterical! 😅

You put the sticker on correctly! Once you tip it over, its right side up! I bet a lot of people wouldn't think of that! Including me! Lol....

Very cute footage on the cam. Cool video! You two sure do have lots of fun.
I see many beautiful videos in the future.
Loved the video, reminded me of how my late husband and I did stuff like that. Sure miss that. Enjoy!!!
You all make everything look fun.
Good morning Ms Wanda and Mr Danny. Love to see you having fun❤
Good morning Mrs Wanda and Mr Danny. Hope your long day is blessed. Amen ❤

mORNING Danny and Wanda.
Yes, that box would be like a hot box in summer, might need to add an aircon in there.
They make fans that run on batteries.
He has other places to video Porch Time, depending on the weather. Maybe someday he will have a porch at PG. The house plans for PG are private.
Thanks for the laughs 😂 Great idea with securing the legs on the feeder.
lol
What a beautiful family
❤ team work. Thats what its all about😊
Its a round hole in a square peg...love you guys! God Bless you two! Indiana
One of your best videos
Mrs. Wanda had me sweating! Our Kubota has a diagram on the bucket arm that helped me learn the bucket functions. Danny if there's not a sticker, 6 might want yo make one if this is your plan to fill the feeder all season 😂
Danny put hitch pins in the top of the legs.
Really does sling the corn. Kinda like the days when we would get the film developed and couldn't wait to see the pictures. Fun Video to watch. Blessing to you both and your Family.
Good morning
I like the three legged food plot, they don’t allow those in Missouri
Great video! Thanks for sharing 😊
Love the Bloopers Lol. Enjoyed the video & hope you have a successful hunting season. I thought Whoa hang on Danny!
Danny: show us (close up), how to open those feed sacks with one pull. 😊
Will do.
Throwing corn 50’ out gives a 50’ radius and a 100’ diameter. Yes, I pay attention to what you say.
I was thinking the same thing when he said that.
I want to see footage of the deer being out there when that thing shoots out the feed. LOL Wanda, you did good not dumping him off that thing. You must be better at it than he acts or he'd of been SKEERED to get up there with you behind the wheel. hehe
I was filming and operating the bucket. Kinda hard for a seasoned operator, and I didn't dump him! Well, almost. LOL
I forgot about the camera.
Hang on Danny. 😂
🦋🇺🇸👍Goood Morninggg Everyone. Another Fall like day here in Central Pennsylvania
LOL! Wanda I did the same thing with my husband a few weeks ago. Nearly dumped him out at 10ft
Great video!
Put you some metal over top of the lid the squirrels will chew a hole in it and get feed wet
Usually in the morning and late afternoon
🦋😮👍Nice Deer Stand
I checked the price for the feeder, a very good price
I use a corn mix with roasted soybeans in it works great.
I just bought some Danny corn at your Etsy store. So excited
I’d get in trouble … he’s pretty patient… yall made me laugh
You do what you gotta do to get stuff done…when I unload feed , it takes a while
I enjoyed pawpaw with the grandkids
OH MS WANDA Y'ALL DO THINGS LIKE WE DO. I UNDERSTAND UP IS DOWN AND DOWN IS UP BUT LIKE YOU IT DONT MAKE SENSE, I'M LEARNING THOUGH. 😅
Great video...❤
Well hello, Danny and Wanda, I enjoyed your deer feeder video, looks really great, H he animals will love it's food
GIT ER DONE...
😅😅😅
We use two bags corn one bag swedt feed to feed deer
In our humidity the sweet feed molds to fast to use in a feeder.
I gotta deer with a broken leg at the lower joint I’ve got to get this year.
Well guys that really good you can do all these things now wait tell you are 77 it just doesn’t work as well more pain than you want to deal with. Just a wake up notice. If it was me I would have set it out towards the other tree . . The one that would put it in the middle from looking out the stand .
Canned deer with potatoes and carrots is awesome. Not to mention the cubed blackstrap (tenderloin). 🦌
Danny, what brand of trail camera do you recommend. Loved this video.

Armadillos are there worst enemy.
❤❤❤
Do you're back and neck a favor and get the one that has the come along that you can lower and raise it so you don't have to have a tractor every time
With those legs on the feeder, at the point where the round peg goes into a square hole, why not drill a hole all the way through and put a pin in it?
Good Idea
❤
Your neck is healed and ever withhold in Jesus name I don't mean this bad but you said it twice in the video my neck my neck well you get what you speak.godbless you .

Mr. DANNY. I'd rather you get a ladder to put feed in there, or you can invent something to fill that feeder as smart as you are. You did good Wanda.
Oh Lord, I hope you folks have EMS on speed dial. Can’t the deer just fend for themselves?
On his land, Danny takes stewardship seriously.
Animals that are not managed usually get disease's and die off.
😂😂😂😂
Cwd is in the dirt, salt licks are the worst

How many acres do yall have there on your homestead
Pecan Grove has forty acres. Deep South Homestead has ten. IDK if there will be any additional property available for PG.
40 at this time looking to add to it.

Yall watch out for the old man do you ? Lonnie in N.C.
Do you have problems with the wild hogs? I watch the videos of David in north Miss. Trapping the hogs, I watch his videos and he very good and stays busy. The hogs will destroy a lot of land. God bless
GUARANTEE YOU, Danny WILL deal with any critters that cause problems.
Question here. Why do people feed deer corn, most prefer grass fed grass finished beef?
Some do it so you can just watch them and enjoy, some do it to bait them, draw them in. Might be other reasons but that the 2 main ones I know of
I raise beef and I can tell you grass fed beef taste bad. Plus most grass fed beef grazes on land sprayed with grazon making the meat toxic.
I don't understand what you're doing? City girl here... but isn't that "bateing" the deer? I thought that was wrong? Idk... I'm asking a question. Thank you, guys!
The deer will run when it goes off then come back to eat.

@deepsouthhomestead how can you tell if the does are baren?
Danny will watch over time. Barren does won’t have young or show signs of pregnancy.
Probably the biggest ones that never had fawns with her. Old bucks get bigger antlers.
@@JNoMooreNumbers My observation is that Danny hunts for meat, not trophies. He is more likely to take barren does and defective young bucks, young bucks being dumb and tender. Careful culling improves the herd over time.
They will be fatter and have no fawn with them. Plus there usually bullies to the others.

The children of Israel ate quail in the wilderness.
The children of Israel complained that they had no meat, so they had quail until they were long past sick of it.
