I didn't know how trash is handled in the US, and I'm really shocked. This is no longer done in Germany for more than 50 years, the garbage comes to Sotier stations, or it is already roughly pre-sorted before delivery, metal, glass, plastic.
This stuff is in 150 years still with you in the ground, and contaminates your groundwater. If one would be caught in Germany that one buries its garbage on its property, dan one would come for it in the prison. I watch your channel totally gladly, I really love you and I'm also really no eco weirdo, but for that I have to give you a thumbs down, sorry. You should not always go the easiest way, just because it is the cheapest, You should also think about the future of children and grandchildren, and in what condition we leave them the property. And this also includes what lies under the earth. God has only lent us the earth.

@@thorgerman8558 May I ask, where is your garbage taken to bury because some things are not reusable, off planet perhaps? That’s stinking up other entities home planets. Humanity is responsible for our garbage, but most elites in corporations could give a damn and until we hold them accountable to do rightly towards reuse of their own products, humanity will continue to be unable to keep our home plant clean at this time, solution, if man can make it, it the product, must be shown to be able to reuse or permanently do away with it before a patent would be issued. Start demanding this concept, then we don’t need to bury garbage in Mother Earth! Much love, and thank you for your service to humanity worldwide.

I am sure you’re going to have some people on here so if it about the trash and put it in a big hole in the ground. Welcome to living and having property. Tents were the cabin of my time. I heard my parents talk about how they made shelters out of limbs and leaves and grass and all kinds of natural elements when “camping”.

You aren't alone in burying trash. My parents bought an old homestead. There was the shell of an old house and the cleanest place on the whole property was the pigpen attached across the back of the house then to a couple of trees. They had a friend come with his backhoe. He dug a hope as deep and as wide as he could sitting in one spot then took the loader and pushed a lot of the trash into that hole. I've honestly thought about digging it up just to see what I can find. I know there's a lot of old bottles in it

Live at the top of a mountain in the NWA Ozarks. The ancient Arkansas engineer house is located about 20 feet from a steep ledge. Previous owners used it as a garbage dump. There's what looks like a 30's era truck, an old coal/wood burning iron kitchen stove, a cast iron bathtub, etc. Plenty of old 'medicine' bottles, etc. Due to ticks, etc., only go down there in the winter...

Bury it. That's how the US did it, back in the day. In the early 70s, I worked in a gas station, in Pekin, IL., after school, and struck a friendship with a old man, that had lived in the area, all his life. He was in his early teens during WW2 and remembered when the army built a POW camp, near the town. Most people don't know that German prisoners of war, were shipped to the US. He told me about when the war ended. The prisoners were sent home and the army had to get rid of the POW camp. They had dozers dig 2 huge slit trenches, and pushed the whole camp into them and covered it with dirt. Buildings, furniture, everything from dishes to typewriters, it all went.

You’re doing a great job on the new property. When I saw that pig couldn’t help but think of Trudy and Newton at ISS. Lester had to bury his whole home in the field the littles are in. We had a pile like that at our house the 3 family’s used. Most time we burned ours then bury it. I guess TN. does things a little different. ♥️❤️🥰♥️❤️

When I saw your gate I realized Lester stole the design for his gate (it's a nice gate) and trudys a tank-ette right?
It's amazing how much trash is being buried, I hope someday we can figure out how to decompose plastic,rubber,Styrofoam..ect. sad

Burying the junk doesn't hurt anything. It will be fabulous to get everything done. Great sense of accomplishment!
Hunting will be here soon.. You ll have a place to stay. I think its wonderful

Unbelievable, is this really everything your country has to offer, burying trash? There are commercial trash incineration plants even in the US! At least I would never bury that trash in my own backyard. I'm a little disappointed in you Daniel, I would have thought you would be a little more responsible with the environment.

Little does Mr. Wildpiggy know - but he's headed straight for the slaughterhouse where pigs go in, where a rendered carcass comes out, and then to the butcher where he is cut up into chops, shanks, butt roasts, hams, bacon, hocks, ribs, shoulders, are readied for the big BBQ on Labor Day. Oink Oink!

Don't know if you are aware a friend/fellow goat lover Josh from Beau d'Arc Kiko goat has stage 3 colon cancer. Thought you might want to know, they are asking for prayers but it sounds like the money issue is a problem.

Solar is 12v first. If ones solar batteries were set up as an 12v system. The use is endless. Although Lithium batteries don't mix with the rest. Yet all other type batteries do mix together. Lithium batteries drop voltage when used and won't come back up until charged. All the other batteries will. Mine in my shop is over 5 years old. Each to their own. Love the cabin idea where you have it. Good catch on the bor.

Silly question. Why not eat the pig? I feel like you just let 100lbs of wild pork go. Sure its "gamey" but... dinners, dinner.

Great video - like to watch those feral hogs get trapped. Did you realize at the beginning of the video your hair was cut, and when you went out to graze the goats, that same morning I am assuming, your hair was grown back in? Love your and DJ's videos, especially the new baby donkeys!

You'll need to do a clean and cook one of these days with one of those trapped hogs.

They want to get away from people. The trailer seems like a safe place since it's out of the pen. Also they can't see the people once in there. Making them feel safe.

One day at a time. Show ing vast improvement each week. Getting those hogs out of there is going to help from getting land torn up! Enjoy your day!

Daniel, I know this is totally off topic BUT my son and daughter (daughter in law) are looking at starting a You Tube channel. As you know we are in the Philippines and things are really tough for the people here. Can you advise as to what camera to use as well as any other advice you can offer. As you know I watch many of your episodes. Thanks in advance
