With maybe the exception of a dragster this is the quickest battery operated ride I've seen. I hope you are checking and tightening everything regularly. At these speeds you gotta. Glad you're using the full face. You're too pretty shave any face off. Good video. Pax.

Sick vid guys... but I will say you guys needs to get Cardo's comms for you helmets, it adds so much to the riding with mates experience!! Recommend the "Slim" version for moto helmets, and split a twin pack with a mate.

Nice 72 volt definitely makes SurRon way more fun power of a 250 cc 4 stroke bike in straight line acceleration I would compare it to . Your telsa would beat it in a drag race same with majority of cars . Tested my 72 volt bac 8000 SurRon with the dragy . Runs mid 9’s at 67 mph in the 1/8 mile . Dragy is a small gps that’s super accurate 1/8 mile/ 1/4 mile 0 to 60 times etc.. 72 volt SurRon is impressive that’s for sure .
Not sure what Tesla you have but fyi a plaid runs 6.0 at 120 mph in 1/8 mile p100d is like 6.8 and model 3 are like low 7’s at 97 mph . 72 volt SurRon depending on how hot your tune is will be mid 9’s to low 10’s in 1/8 mile

the fork is a fox 40 factory 200mm travel, its meant for like downhill mtb

If you have a new battery, you have to change some settings on the eggrider. It probably thinks that you are on a 60V still.

Zay. i'm running chi's 60v60ah gladiator with the BAC4k. It's good torque and a wheelie machine from 10mph to 35mph. after that it's dead weight. Does the 72v increase torque below 40mph or just above, as well as ridiculous top speed.
I kinda cover it in this video towards the middle. It still pulls around 50mph which is wild to me 😂
When you changed the battery from stock 60v one to 72v one, did you have to change some setting on the controller, because I’m thinking to get asi bac 4000 controller and 72v battery and I don’t know if you change from 60v to 72v battery if you need to change setting on controller. Because I want to ride sometimes on 60v one and sometimes on 72v

No I just turned my regen on the battery to 4 so it’s like engine braking and that helps a TON

Do they sell aftermarket motors for the sur ron? I've never seen one never seen a video of someone installing one. All I've seen is 72v/controller installs. I'm really interested to know.
Edit: also it sounds like it as like supercharger sound/tone to it its not a 1:1 to a hellcat or anything but very unique never heard anything like it.
