Yeah, I've been at my rock lights on my kinworth for a while. I just pulled into the wait station in Virginia and the cop tells me on the 2 way speaker. Those are illegal, each green light is a ticket. This is your warning period so I have to think of another color that I can put. Green was my color too.
Yeahhhh, they'll try to knick you for that type of stuff. Before I got rid of that truck, I used red and amber mostly

I need to do some on this truck I have now, but according to Tennessee D.O.T. anything that's not red amber or white is definitely a violation

What kind of extra wire you got? And you have them connected To the battery?
It's been a while since I've seen that truck so I had to rewatch the whole video so I could answer lol. Basically just your average hot and ground wire so the wires will be long enough. If I'm remembering right I had this kit wired to a toggle switch inside of the battery box

Hmmm, never thought about that. Maybe with a different brand, if I remember correctly those only activated from Bluetooth
How many wire extensions you got for your cables?
I didn't have any on that set
How did you mount the lights to the truck ?
It's not hard once you figure out your mounting locations. Most kits come with the right screws or you may have to do some rigging

Which colors are a dot violation?
According to Tennessee and Georgia d.o.t. the only legal colors are red, white/clear and amber/orange
