I’m searching for all the travel tips for chronic pain and illness. I used to travel all through the Americas alone. Had complications while traveling and living abroad, but didn’t know my disease had set in and was destroying my joints. Flash forward to 2 1/2 years ago, after being settled back in the USA for years, I received the diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis and Bertolotti’s Syndrome. In July I’ll begin an adventure again starting with going back to Mexico for a few months, and then onwards. This time will be different because I have to use a cane to walk, and occasionally a neck brace. What an adventure this will be 🤪 Thanks for sharing your tips, I need them

This video was so helpful! I'm traveling tomorrow and wanted to make a video like this so I looked it up tonight to see what other folx have to say
Great tips! And you’re so right about it being worth taking an Uber to the airport!
I’m a new viewer, what diagnose do you have ? Xx
Hi! Sorry I'm just now responding! I have Systemic Lupus and Sjogrens.
Quick question, what tasks does your service dog perform?
She senses some internal stuff I have going on and will claw at me and circle my head.
