It will be the main graphics card of my PC, it is a Dell Optiplex 5050 MT with the following characteristics: i5 7500, 16GB RAM DDR4, Nvme M.2 256GB, HDD 500GB and now the Nvidia Quadro M2000
Absolutely! I personally used it for half a year as my daily driver in a mini PC build. It was the only single slot card, that wasn’t extremely expensive, and that had 4GB of VRAM. And then of course with the encoders it could be great for a streamer or content creator who needs a second graphics card for recording.

Solid build, you could probably upgrade the graphics card again in the future without the CPU bottlenecking it though!
Honestly? Thats not bad , could be a great card for 120hz+ on fhd low in certain games , or 720p

can you overclock it?
No sadly, I think most Quadro cards aren’t able to be overclocked. The only thing I could control in afterburner were fan speeds.
