This is UNIRONICALLY my favorite song of all time, both the game size and full version of this song. It is definitely hard to describe what makes this song so appealing to me, especially when it comes to the chorus which immediately sold it to me that yes, this IS the song I've been "looking for", the chorus doesn't even have a melody that busy like other songs, yet it hits so damn hard, especially when it gets higher, good lord. Contrast is what makes the song so amazing for me. The song uses chaotic sounds to make the chorus so much more impactful, and it shows this, especially in the full version. The two main drops both are preceded by messy and random sounds (Chaos) and it only becomes clear in the drop/chorus (Light). This song perfectly encapsulates the line, "And in that light, I find deliverance." Another song that does contrast beautifully is the full version of Nhelv. I guess Silentroom is amazing at this kind of stuff.
