I grew up there in the 50's & 60's------Never really appreciated it's beauty until now. Absolutely loved Pine Grove Park. In the summer we lived at the blue swimming pool. Anybody remember that? We lived on Wall St--laying in bed at night hearing the ships horns signaling each other. Summer of 67 & 68 swimming at the Pere Marquette ferry dock and Lakeside Beach., Beautiful old Victorian houses on Military st. I missed that Beautiful blue water so much when I moved to Illinois.
A a Port Huron/Fort Gratiot resident, there is not much to do anymore in 2022. The mall is the smallest it has been since I've been alive. The best things I like to do are go biking around town, down to the water and enjoy food and movies downtown (occasionally)
The city where I grew up 60-70s, lived several intervals of adult life, too. My parents have been here most of their lives. My father was born in PH. I miss the ships and the boardwalk…
Me and family went to Algonac Michigan to visit my husband's dad and we loved it there we are moving to Michigan in May of next year cannot we can't wait to get back it is so beautiful and peaceful
Dylan Fitch what gas station are on the Southend if your talking the party store bums hang out at them in ever city and the Southend of town is the best no halfway homes maybe but felonies can live in them your a peaon

Beautiful town and money goes a long way here moving back to michigan from Florida. Michigan is definitely where our hearts is 💓
