His average sleep is 5 and half hour per day , still he is looking amazing, I sleep for more den 10 hours, still I sit in office like a zombie
Hitesh Waghela too much of sleep also bad for health.. 6 to 8 hrs is enough depending on your schedule..

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Instead of focusing more on loosing weight we should focus on eliminating bad habits and practicing good habits with physical activity. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge. M so happy that I completed my challenge to be more physically active.

You don't need to. Just give up simple carbs (white rice, white bread, white pasta, junk food) because they are unhealthy. Complex carbs (roti, brown rice, oats, sweet potato, whole wheat bread) are healthy.
