Buakaw is simply a legend,i have practiced muay thai for 10 years now so i know a thing or two and this guys style,power and composure is simply legendary,body blows after three rounds realluy take the wind out of you and if you fighting some one with some sting in their punch it really wears you down
It's called the Wai Kru and is done for a few reasons from warming up to paying respects to your teacher or Kru. The Wai is the hand sign you see Thai people make when they say hello to each other etc. For more info google "World Muaythai Council The Wai Khru"
Firdz25 - agreed, I trained in Sikaran kick boxing for years. And body blows are the most painful. When your kicked or punched in the head after a lot of fights you can deal with it to an extent. But unless u got ribs or a kidney of steel, the biggest of blokes can fall like a tree!
