Check out this piece on my Bandcamp page: lostsensemusic.bandcamp.com/track/warm-fields Wish you a great day and thanks for listening to "warm fields" ^^
Thanks. I hope it doesn't linger. I'm excited to work on new things. But in the meantime there's lots of great music to listen to, like this. This composition is really healing.
Appreciate it. We have to say that barcode does a lot of stuff it self but I watched a ton of videos over the past few weeks of how norns works. Even figured out how to use the Launchpad as a grid.
Very very good. I would be interested in your routine, so how do you go about your pieces. I don't really see through most ambient artists but try my best to get it right.
Thank you! Honestly I mostly just start without a proper idea. So in this piece for example I just opened the Barcode Script which does a lot of the ambient stuff it self and recorded some random piano and guitar notes in it. For my modular patches I mostly start by patching a melody and then making textures around it. I just see where the patching takes me and when I have something I like I just setup my camera and start recording. But in genereal the pieces are just based on trying out different things. I've made a patch from scratch video recently with my eurorack.
So Monome itself sells just the full size built norns which cost 900 dollars I think. They dont offer Norns Shield anymore. Before you could buy a presoldered kit which you only had to screw together. I bought mine from a ebay kleinanzeigen. A guy build it for me. So it is not a „original“ one. But since it is open source you can buy pcb‘s here and there. You can take a look at Pusherman Productions, they sell a kit, the pcb‘s and fully built units.

When I listen to this, the first thing I think of is "orchestration". Everything is so well chosen and the sounds go so well together.
Appreciate it thanks! 😊
Súper organic as always. Fresh air mood for this summer. Beautiful. ❤
Appreciate that homie. Thanks for the compliment.
Very nice sonic journey! Norns Shield and Digitakt make for a nice combo.
Indeed! Thank you
This is the perfect complement to watching the morning fog burn off the hills while I convalesce from the past week’s bout with covid. Thanks.
Sounds great! I‘m glad you enjoyed it :D did you have covid?
Thanks. Getting over it. And I haven't been able to post a new tune on my channel in a couple of weeks...
@@vicsmusicalgarden damn wish u all the best !

Fantastic work! Just love the different layers and sound selection, especially the guitar =D
Thanks a lot! I‘m happy you like it
Beautifully done, looks like you've found your feet with Norns already!🖤

@@lostsensemusic That's rad, I use Graintopia for similar things, worth checking out if you haven't already!
@@t1d3s I will have a look thanks! So far I tried Fall, Otis, Barcode, Orgn, wrms, delayyyyyy, III_llll_lll (whatever🌝) and awake.
@lostsensemusic Ah great stuff, I need to try Orgn, looks interesting. My go to atm are Otis and MLRE, so much depth between those two
So gut, Alter! Wow👏
This is just a delightful thing to listen to. Thank you for creating it!
Thanks for listening🌚
Very interesting again!
