- Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭 - After a few days in the city I decided to head to😑😑down on a motorbike to Moalboal and make stop in Carcar for Cebu's famous Lechon 😋 crazy traffic so I wasn't able to film much of the ride.

I am aware that most filipino dishes go with rice 😁 thanks for your concern. It is only a personal preference to eat most dishes with little to no rice. I like the saltiness and the rich flavour of the dishes and enjoy them a lot, believe me 😁
That's because most of our dishes are salty. That why we use rice to lessen the saltiness if our dish and also makes us full fast.😁😁
Riding on your motorcycle in Southeast Asia to try different street foods in the provinces is invigorating for the soul. Nothing quite like it.
I love it
This guy is so kind,
Thanks 🙈
That's why I subscribed.
Pray for you always on your safe travel sir Sam...
Thank you so much 🙏🏾
Rice always goes with ALL meals in the Philippines --- you cannot just indulge in the mains --- enjoy your meals with rice --- have fun while you discover the islands!!!
Haha, I know that Filipinos love their rice. I enjoy to indulge the mains just like that 😄 it's salty and flavourful, just the way I like it. I usually go with a little to no rice 😁
Enjoy your stay in the 🇵🇭 sam.be safe always.
Thank you 🙏🏾
So funny, you can't get over tasting the pork-blood soup, one spoon after another because it was so good. Thanks also for showing us the beautiful scenery on your motorbike ride, including the view from the terrace ruined-house.
😄 yeah, I couldn't stop. Wasn't expecting it to be so good

Thanks so much 💯
I cant say its the best lechon but probably one of the best in the Cebu , cuz there's so many best lechoneros not only in Cebu but all over the country. Keep exploring, Tc nd Gb
It must be the best. People and corporate events from all over the Philippines, especially from Manila order Cebu lechon via freight. There are virtually dozens of lechoneros in Cebu who supply lechons on a daily basis to hotels not only here in Cebu but all over the Philippines. Most of these lechoneros don't have physical stores but only large lechon pits and they roast non-stop every single day. One known lechonero (in Labangon, Cebu City), for instance, claimed that they roast 200 pigs everyday to hotel customers both in Cebu and Manila.
So far it was my best lechon experience, in taste and in price as well 😋
Enjoy! Don’t forget to drink more water 💦 because it’s very hot all days .
Haha thanks, always staying hydrated 💪🏾
My husband and i watch your videos and i like your take on ph things :) so humble and appreciative :) good luck!
Hey, thank you so much 😊 I really appreciate you guys
*padayon lang*
Will do 🙌🏾
Good Job Sam.
Pork blood it’s good with steam white rice 👌 🍛 actually everything it’s better with white rice 😅👌 lechon it’s yummy with sarsa criolla it’s a Peruvian or Ecuadorian red onion salad 🥗 spectacular it’s just with cilantro lime salt and finely sliced red onion but I don’t know 🤷♀️ why both countries made it amazing 👌👌😍and with lechon omg
Yes I like that salad, had it before 😋
I actually only like a little rice on the side, prefer the fully flavoured main as it is in most cases 😁
Watching from Manila
Thanks for watching 😊
Pork blood (Dinuguan) delicious
It is 😍
Letchon taste more better if you dip with chili vinegar and mix with rice..
I always try it with and without, I didn't skip it. But personally I prefer it on its own, it's so good, doesn't need anything added on 😊
Ingat lage bro God bless you always all adds no skip 😊
Thanks so much for your support 🙌🏾
CEBU LECHON THE ORIGINAL IN CAR CAR ENJOY MY FRIEND.WATCHING FROM LOS ANGELES U.S.A PORK BLOOD MY FAVORITE DINOGUAN.
It was so good 😊
U at 4k now!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽💙
💯🙌🏾
It would be best if you rode all the way to the lower tip of Cebu Island, then took a ferry with your bike to Dumaguete, stayed for a day or two, then another boat to Siquijor Island, then Siargao Island. That's the ultimate island hopping!
Nothing much to see and do in Dumaguete. Cebu island has so many things to see and do to not spend your whole Philippine trip in Cebu. From white sand beaches to gorgeous turquoise blue waterfalls, from historical landmarks to world-class theme parks, from spectacular snorkeling and diving sites to scenic mountain peaks, etc.
Already left Cebu quite sone time ago, it's all pre-recorded 😁
Go to Baguio after for some cool weather
The heat is actually nice, just the sweating though 😅
Dracula loved it so much. The pork blood.
probably the first foreigner i've seen finish an order of dinuguan (pork blood).......
For real, it's to yummy to not finish it
❤❤❤❤ endulge everything on your way in Cebu !!!😊😊😊
Loved it there, and the food 😋🙌🏾
Mate you're fast becoming 1 of my favourite vloggers to watch much love bro stay save 🫶
💯🙌🏾
pork blood stew called dinuguan in luzon no idea if same at visayas region... its salty cause its always pair with rice ... 🎉 made of heart..liver.. intestines .. lungs.. all internal of pigs ... sometimes they add meat ... and the star of the recipe the pork blood and the pickled papaya called atsara ... its mostly to balance ur taste or remove the taste of the food you eat in ur mouth after you eat... 😂 specially if you want to taste diff food without overpowering of taste of first food you eat
I'm Cebuano. We also call it dinuguan or dugo-dugo, but we used the inards for meat.
@jonasbelardo9227...The pickled papaya actually acts as antidote to carcinogens present in roasted and grilled meats, fish, etc.
Thanks for the long explanation 🙌🏾
🎉 2nd
Watching always your video, from Italy. 😘
Awesome! Thank you so much 🙌🏾😊
Can’t wait for the next upload 🔥
Soon po 😊
Yum❤
🤤😋
Blood so yummy with rice🤤🤤🤤
Also yummy without 😄
Looks soo delicious brother 😋 it makes hungry praying for your safe trip ❤❤❤
Thank you Amelia 😊
11:47 No, you can't eat the bones. They can get stuck in the throat, and that can sometimes lead to a trip to the E.R. I can't hear what the man said, but it's probably along the lines of the eel being good to eat with a banana. Eating a banana is a popular first aid / home remedy for a stuck fish bone. The fruit's slimyness usually helps dislodge the bone.
@E_l_l_i_e...Ha ha. You didn't get the inuendo most Filipino men say when they need some 'vigor' down there (between your legs). Yes, eels are considered aphrodisiac for older men with erectile problem. The local guy simply said it subtly to be politely correct and not getting too vulgar.
That's why I asked, with some fish you certainly can eat the bones.
Banana is the code word for, you know what I mean 😅 he was implementing that the eel is good for making it powerful. He never used the word banana 😄
Wow . That's fabulous..keep safe in there ..from Philippines. But never been in Cebu city yet. I wish I could go one day ..good luck and have a blast but be careful..watching your video is find it fascinating .❤
Thank you so much 😊 I liked it there, Philippines has so many very different places 😊
@@SimsimsamTravels exactly it is but only few vloggers goes to the northern part of the Philippines like Candon city vigan city in laoag Ilocos Norte or going to Baguio city ..these are all cool breathtaking places too
Let's see where the way leads. I'm already here longer then expected 😅
Wow Yummy 😋
It was 😁
Enjoy your journey
Thank you 😊
Just found you....I to got subscribe right away...enjoy your stay in my province Cebu .
Hey, thanks so much 😊
You should go waterfalls hopping in Southern Cebu as it has over 40 waterfalls systems which will take your breathe away for their clear turquoise blue water set amidst lush tropical setting. Paved roads crisscross the mountains of Cebu so you won't get lost because these roads connect to either east or west coast.
Yeah, I went to see a few 😊
❤ sam
🫶🏾😊
Pork blood stew in mindanao is sampayna bro😊 one of my fav and sometimes we put pineapple juice on it😊
I was surprised how good it was honestly, did not expect that 😄
Oh goodness Samy, you are making me hungry with the 10 out of 10! Thanks for sharing your experience with the eel, I've always wondered what that tastes like. Thanks for the awesome video, stay safe!! 🤙💜
Haha thank you so much 😄 I actually went there again on my way back up 😁
@@SimsimsamTravels It's that good huh 😊
You should come to Dumaguete City as well its very near from cebu and also siquijor
I'm already far from there again. Maybe on my next trip to cebu 😁
so yummy
It was 😋😁
pork blood dish means dinugo-an.. all the parts of the pig has specific way to be cooked so no waste at all.
So good, love those kind of dishes where everything is used
First!!
im hungry now
Haha sorry po 😄
i se u ur video dz tme👍👍👍
You are making me hungry :)
Sorry po 😅😄
blood soup is called dinuguan and I am so proud of you to even try it. Not many will as the name doesn't entice them but they eat pork.
It's so yummy. I mostly try before I judge 👍🏾
Wow! You had pork blood soup? I’m so proud of you. That’s one of my favorite Filipino food. I haven’t had it in a long time. But one thing you have to know is, you have to eat everything with rice. We don’t eat anything without rice. lol
It was very delicious 😊
Haha yes I know, it's just my preference without or with little rice 😁
❤
🙌🏾
Eben falsches Video kommentiert 😎 blutsuppe kenn ich von meinen Großeltern. War aber eher süßlich. Snuten und poten. Schnauzen und Pfoten als Einlage. Oder mit Enten Füßen. Ging absolut 👍✌️
Ist alles nur Kopfsache. Wenn jeder mal schauen würde was in deren verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln so drin ist 🙃
3rd..
Wait Ser HAHA
Haha, she's the boss 😂
That's dinuguN THE blood thing
Eat everything with rice to balance the saltiness
Haha everyone keeps telling me 😄 I actually like the saltiness and flavours, to me personally it's better without or little rice
Be noted that most of Filipino foods should be partnered with Rice. Otherwise it will be a bit salty.
This is most of the foreigners failed to realise and Maybe with the the food attendants failed to explain.
Thank you po. I know that the foods here are paired with rice, it's just my personal taste. I prefer it without or little rice and really enjoy the flavour and saltiness, it's not a con for me 😊
You look like gabe norwood
Haha yes, we could actually go as cousins 😄
The dinuguan (blood soup as you describe) looks not so good. I believed it must be oily with more meat!😊 but good you like it!👍🇵🇭🇧🇭 you did not eat with rice.😆
Ok, I'll try different once 😊👍🏾
Yep, because my taste buds prefer most things without the rice 😁 just a bit on the side
Mahaba na talaga Ang buhok ni Gabby norwood
😄😄😄
It’s that cheaper or expensive mr.kind 👨
You talking about the price of the food? I think it was a good price right?
I heard talisay lechon is better than carcar now
I bet I find that both very good 😄
400 for 1/2 kilo thats cheap
Yeah, and it was very delicious as well
Nah, I live here in Cebu and Carcar lechon is not the best
Bacolod is the best. Char
He he. Specifically, where in Cebu are you from? I'm from Cebu as well and I can say with absolute certainty that Carcar is the best lechon, not only in Cebu but in the whole Philippines.
I was really satisfied with Carcar lechon 😋
Wrong!
What is?
Enjoy! Don’t forget to drink more water 💦 because it’s very hot all days .
Always staying hydrated 💪🏾 thank yoy
