Nigerian Americans do want other Nigerian American women however the major problem is generally the standards are too high in certain households due to the fathers and mothers expectation of the community for Nigerian Americans women compared to African American women. Even though Nigerians Americans men have money and also educated, Because African American women standards are so low compared to Nigerian American women of that a lot of Nigerian American men will try to go the easier route to avoid paying bride price etc. lol. Because of the cultural differences and clashes Nigerian American men will always find their way back to Nigerian American women.

Then is it really adviseable for Nigerian American men to spend their youth dating non Nigerian American women only to later when they are older, like approaching 50 or older, still want to settle down with a Nigerian American or Nigerian woman, and by then those Nigerian American women, too, are now older, and both the man and the woman or one of them has already ended up in situationship by then. This is why men need to think about the future, not just the present, and work on what they want from Nigerian American women while in their youth.
You miss a point there timid and quiteness is not part of traditional African women culture it's individual character issue. Not challenging your husband is not part of traditional African women culture it's individual character. Women challenge there husband in Nigerian when they did something wrong but it depends on your tone or choice of words. Pls don't think traditional women are treated anyhow over here.
