Planners should be given the teeth to sue or stop developments that do not follow prescribed zoning plans.

Wow, this is when y’all are, discussing zoning lol ! Fix the madness that is going on in nyali. A beautiful single family residential area turned into apartment city. Corruption ignorance and greed. Pathetic. Nyali was sooo beautiful in the 80’s and 90’s.
