When making it warm the butter first and add a little of the pasta water and then the Parmesan and noodles. Also I would recommend doing some research on the best type of noodles for you since you do have your diagnosis. But the pasta water will emulsify with the butter and parm and make a creamy sauce that’s not heavy. Also very customizable so you don’t have to put anything you can’t handle in it. I might be misremembering but I’m pretty sure it’s the original way of making Alfredo sauce

I've just seen people who seem to genuinely have some concern for the lack of protein and vegetables in myla's diet (especially in combination with her often being sick). Even now that I am able to afford more food, sometimes some buttered noodles with salt and pepper and maybe a little cheese is just too good to pass up.
