I have a Samsung A-11.. I turned over a drink on it..it still worked but later when I put it to charge and came black screen was black. got it in rice 36 hrs screen still black. But phone charges and alarm still goes off I get calls but can't answer them.. im wondering if its because the brightness had accidentally been slid 5 times earlier it day from brightest to darkest..it still gets calls all alarm times work I just can't see anything but a black screen would a new battery help? I don't think it was new when I got it because on the battery and other places inside had sharpie marks was written hi and a few letters and numbers...are there a kit at Amazon that has the battery removal tools if so what do u recommend? I kept the phone because I don't trust the store now... not since seeing the writing inside and I don't know how to wipe info off phone...any help I'd be grateful 🙏 💝🕊

I have a question. I own an iPhone 7. I can’t use my cellular data and doesn’t even have a reception for receiving text messages and calls. When i go the cellular data, it says that carrier updated is needed for me to be able to use my data. But I can’t seem to find it anywhere. What do I do? I already tried updating the OS and resetting and restarting the phone, still the same.
