okay I’m sorry but my brain is still suffering from Halloween sweets and I thought he got impaled by rock candy I’m not okay Ngl, I thought that Qibli’s episode of the bad end series would be the usual “he accepts the offer and stuff” and his friends are forced to get rid of him but I LOVE this ending, I’ve never seen anything like it. This entire series has been a hecking blast, it’s super creative! Great work!

I think whats even more terrifying to think about is that Moon and Kinkajou where there, they would have seen him die this way. I wonder what Darkstalker would have done, he probably would have enchanted (or tried to) enchant them to forget about Qibli.
God damn, this and Turtle's bad endings are so gory- It perfect! I'm not sure if this is the last of this small series, but here are a few other Book Protagonist endings I've made up. Spoilers btw. Arc 1 (Memory's a bit fuzzy with this one): Clay: Gets stuck in the water tunnel and drowns. Tsunami: Killed by Gill (Or maybe the Orca Statue). Glory: Kinkajou accidentally sprays venom on her when trying to fight off the Nightwing guard. Starflight: Clay isn't able to save him, and he burns in the lava. Sunny: Killed by Burn and turned into a stuffed dragon. Arc 3: Blue: Attempts to betray the leafwings in stealing the Book of Clearsight (Or just doesn't help) and gets killed by them. Cricket: Wasp is less merciful to Cricket and executes her as an example for everyone else. Sundew: Unable to save Willow, and Hawthorne kills them both. Snowfall: Dies from the Icewing Plague. (Edit: A much better bad end for Snowfall - Falls out of the sky while in one of her visions) Luna: Strangled by the Breath of Evil in the Abyss. Legends: Darkstalker: Doesn't enchant himself to be immortal and is assassinated by Quickdeath. (I guess this is actually a good ending.) Clearsight: Arrives to Pantala too late and is killed by the hurricane along with the tribe she wanted to save. Fathom: After the massacre, the Seawing Kingdom executes Fathom, believing he is too dangerous.

Honestly if there was an arc 1 version, i bet a button, two paperclips, and a penny that clays will be if glory had miscalculated her venom and accidentally hit clay

So much hinting throughout literally the entire arc had been foreshadowing this very conversation. It’s subtle and hidden, but it’s all over the place. Darkstalker and Qibli have so many unique things in common despite being on opposite sides of morality. This was the choice that would decide the fate of the world forever. Luckily, Qibli is a pro gamer and finished all the sidequests before taking on the final boss. He investigated The Lost City Of Night and collected the soul reader: the only thing in the world that could halt Darkstalker for even just a moment. He also took down Chameleon with Kinkajou and recovered his magic scroll pieces: the only thing that could stop Darkstalker. And boom! The heroes win! Qibli got the secret true ending.
