    I wish you could have seen my reaction when I saw this mornings video was the Nira review! I bought this because of your almost after review in November and received the device at the end of December. I've been using the laser for 6 weeks, twice a day and am amazed by the results. I agree with you and your results are so encouraging too!! You're absolutely stunning. I love how truthful you are and even tho I don't know you personally, I would never expect you to do any of this crazy things that people were worried about. You said you'd post the review when it was ready and I knew you would 😍. I'm sorry you have people like that coming at you, but man you handle it so well - you're not defensive at all. I love that about you ❤️. Also btw, update from my desert like skin - it's completely gone, thanks to the humidifiers! It's made a WORLD of difference in my face. And all those sunscreens I purchased but had the same results of drying and cracking and flaking off after ?? I CAN WEAR THEM NOW! I have an excess surplus of sunscreen but that's okay! So grateful that you post so much useful information! I can't thank you enough. I hope you and all fellow AHF followers have an absolutely fabulous day ❤️❤️❤️

    I received my Nira at the end of December and have been using at once a day. I actually received a second device, I called them and they sent me a return label and thanked me for being so honest. I think I'll start using at twice a day. I'm at level 3. Thanks Angie.

    Since I had no answers to my emails to the company I had seen a review on another you tube so I ordered with their discount. I so agree with your results! I started using it 2 times a day but now I also use it at night. I have been so surprised at the results and I can’t tell you how thrilled I am! I have been using it in all the places you mentioned and I was totally in awe at the reduction in my lip wrinkles! When you are in your 80’s but people think you are 60 that is a fantastic compliment! I think because of the skin care I have learned from you has made a huge difference in the way my skin looks. People want to know what foundation I am wearing, but it’s not the foundation it’s what is under the foundation!     We all have to understand that a company may have trouble keeping up with Angie's huge audience, especially when she's such a trusted source for most of us. Of course they were going to sell out. Especially with that killer discount. Worth the wait!

      The company could have sent emails to customers. In life, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Very poor business practice. I am tired of all the same as excuses we as customers we are forced to deal with. Supply chain issues. Production issues. Covid issues. Shipping issues. Staffing issues. And on and on. Shameful.
      And I agree that Angie should not be glossing over the company failures at the expense of her audience. Very disappointed. And frankly, in my eyes, her credibility has been damaged. We live in a world where nobody's word is to be believed.

      @@susanshearer6106 I don't think Angie glossed over anything. She simply said what the issue was. The company didn't do anything wrong, they just sold out. It happens. They did send emails. I got several with status updates. Stuff happens.

      @@susanshearer6106 I waited 2 months for mine but it finally came! The company kept me posted and I did trust that it was going to come - so it was all ok. They did charge me for the unit right when I bought it (in November) but now that I have it I'm glad.. It's quick to use (I use my NuFace for about 20 min. every other morning) and infrared mask every night. I am happy that I got the 50% off and it was worth the wait :) P.S. I have a high pain tolerance but right now (after 3 weeks) I can still only handle level 2.

    I absolutely love the Nira I got mine in 2021 during Black Friday I paid $199 and got the bundle with the hyaluronic acid included I’ve had mine for a year now I did before and after pictures. And I saw results. this device works. I’m 41 years old and I do not have any crows feet whatsoever.

    I started using Nira in mid-December and I am amazed at the changes already. I just cancelled my Botox appointment because I want to see the 6 month results first. Who knows, might not need Botox! You are right that it is easy to use. I just follow mine with my Omnilux and it feels like such a great way to start my morning. Thanks for being such a great test case and trusted reviewer!

      @@MsDF936 I don’t use the serum. I didn’t find it necessary. I just apply my usual daily skincare and still have great results. Skincare regimen is very similar to Angie’s daily skincare.

    3 months still waiting, however, they have been good to keep me updated with emails and videos letting me know they are working hard to fulfill the order, which I appreciate. I'm fine with that, for half price! Your results are amazing, Angie! Wow. Makes me even more excited. Practically everything you've recommended, I've followed for over 10 years.     I ordered it at the same time you has the 50 percent off.. yes, I waited for a long time. I have been using it and I have had so many compliments on my skin. Yes I also use the ZIPP a and the light therapy mask too. 58 years old.. people think I look 40 or younger. You have to use them to see result. With the wait and investment love the NIRA!

To me, if someone wants to reduce wrinkles, this is best device I know of to do this (actually it's the only one). The NIRA truly works!     I didn’t know all this hullabaloo happened until I watched this video tonight. I bought the Nira at 50%off and it took some time to get it. BUT I got it for 50% off. I was thrilled with the discount. I have visually seen improvements around my eyes and my mouth. You are 100% correct in that there is only so much that a topical product can do and I am so grateful for your advice and recommendations. You never steer me wrong. I recently had cataract surgery on both my eyes. When I went back for my follow up the nurse asked me if I would tell her what procedures I had done to my face. I told her none and the Doctor said Really? In a kind of sarcastic tone. I forgave him, but I repeated “none.” I take very good care of my face and follow the recommendations from you and a few other Influencers. Thank you for all your hard work. It has made a difference in my life. You’re the BEST!

    I love this device! I purchased mine immediately after the black Friday video. I did send an email in mid-December asking when it would ship. I got a lovely response from David (company head) asking for patience and explaining what happened. I waited... received several updates from Nira... and got my device about 3 weeks ago. I have been using it every day since. I am 65 and have very crepey skin under my eyes. I have noticed a slight improvement already. I can't wait for more time to see if things get even better. I am also going to expand the use to include other areas as you have done. Start small, level 1, and give your skin time to adjust. I think this is an amazing device, and the customer service I received was first class. Be Patient! It is worth the wait!! Thank you, Angie, for all your great products.

    I hate that people would question you! I find you to be so honest and wouldn’t doubt you at all. I guess that’s the bad part of being an influencer, but it’s sad that your followers would question your credibility. Thank you for all of your hard work!     The company was very good at updating their customers. I'm surprised at the negative feedback. They even sent out a complimentary serum to apologize for the long wait. Received mine over a month ago and very pleased with Nira. I wish them lasting success!

      Better just to order imo. I contacted them last week and it's a 7 week wait for orders to be shipped.. doubtful it's going to come back into stock for a while seeing as they are so behind with existing orders... and if they give more discounts, likely it will increase the pressure on supplies further... so they probably won't in other words :)

    I bought a nira using your code on black Friday, and it arrived about two weeks ago. I find it very easy to use, more so than other devices I've tried. It's fast! The long wait for the device didn't bother me. The company kept me updated and clearly did their best. Thanks for getting us such a great discount!

    Fortunately, I bought my Nira before your first review so I didn't have any waiting time and have had a long time to use it. I am very pleased with the results. (I use it in more spots than just under and around the eyes. I was very happy for your positive review because it helped me feel I had made a wise purchase. I got mine at a third off regular price. Having watched and listened to your videos for a number of years I know how careful you are about recommending products. I understood the problems with heavy ordering and was not surprised it took a while to put up this review. Glad it's finally here!

    I waited a while for the device, but they sent me a product for free as an apology, which was so nice! I never sent in a complaint or inquiry, just assumed there was high demand. They sent me several text messages and emails just letting me know they were working on my order. That was great for me!

      Hi Trish, The NIRA can be implemented with any current skincare routine. I would just look out for sensitivity-if your skin feels alright to be using another device as well, then it is completely safe. Just keep in mind that with more use of skincare devices, your skin might need extra hydration in those areas, but other than that, you should be fine and it is totally safe!

    I’ve been using my Nira for about two months. I bought one when they were running a sale at 40% off. I also really like it. I’m seeing positive things at 45. I have seen a reduction in the white millia bumps under my eyes. I do find it slightly painful though. I’m on setting 2 and I can’t take 3. My skin isn’t fair or overly sensitive, just a little lighter than Angie. I like doing the Nira followed by Omnilux in the evening while catching a podcast. Creams after that. I’d love to shout out the June Jacobs Papaya Enzyme Mask as a TERRIFIC overnight cream for the days when you aren’t using retinol. Smells great. Works even better.

    I can see a marked difference. Very impressive. I've had botox but as you mentioned it can't be placed in certain areas. Really tempted and far safer than surgery.

    I guess I’m the odd man out. I ordered my Nira 3 years ago, I was so excited to start using it. Well, I could never get it passed the second setting because of the pain. I was consistent using it though but my lord the pain was unreal! I’m a women who gave birth naturally, no pain killers twice, I’m fully tattooed and I always prided myself on my high pain tolerance. This little unit hurt so much to use after a year I stopped using it . A few months ago I thought I would give it one more try, well it slipped out of my hand and broke…. I took that as a sign 😂 it’s nice to see others love it but for me it’s a no go.

      I’ve heard people say this and I’m sure this is a defective device! I went straight to max and yes it snaps but it’s definitely bearable.

      I was wondering about the pain too. I started at level three with little pain and have had to scale back to level one. I also had my kids at home, including a ten pounder, and my esthetician just last month commented on my amazing pain threshold doing Morpheus. I do wonder if pushing all these units out so quickly might have a few more defects. I'll be calling the company with my questions.

      @@t.sarvis9140 I didn’t notice anything other than it actually made my under eye area look more dried out and wrinkly. I get better luck doing yoga and massage techniques on my face. But I do believe not everything works for everyone. This is just one of those instances that a device didn’t work for me.

    I ordered a Nira last year when they were on sale in Europe. I've been using it sporadically on level 4 to treat my jowls and turkey neck and have had amazingly good results. The results would be better if I were more consistent but It's painful at the level I'm using it so I'll go weeks without doing it and I use it multiple times up and down my neck to cover all the areas of the loose skin so it's about a 20 min treatment (including the jawline on both sides). I wish I had taken pictures but I can say that I now have a well defined chin and my turkey neck is about 50% reduced. I'm also using Red light/NIR light on my face and neck as well but the most dramatic effects come from the Nira (I've never used it more than a couple of times a week even).

      I just wash my face and neck and dry it and use the Nira. Then I apply all my nightly face treatments. When I finish using the Nira my neck is really red. I've decided to try and use it 3 x a week for a while to give it a serious try just to see what it can really do if I'm consistent but I can say it's the only thing I hate because it 's painful.

    I managed to get hold of the NIRA pro via a third party website. The device had issues charging however - I can only use it for a few mins until it looses charge.
    However, even the minimal use I have had with it has shown results.
    More importantly - I contacted NIRA about the issue and even though it was from a third party website that they supply to, the customer service was exemplary. The company clearly has good ethics. V impressed.
    Excellent review - it's clear why you have so many followers - you really put in the work and provide quality content.

      The NIRA Laser only heats up the papillary region of the skin, and since it is non-fractional, it is not invasive or damaging to the skin. It will not melt any natural fat. It works by heating up the water underneath your skin, and this triggers collagen to start building. When used consistently, skin will smooth out for an overall healthier complexion.

    Mine is supposed to ship next week. Even more excited to receive after seeing your updated results. The company has sent periodic emails about the delay and expected time it would be shipped so I'm not sure why people thought their order wouldn't be fulfilled. Maybe the email updates were going to their junk mail folders?

    I love the NIRA! It has reduced some fine lines around my eyes but it also makes my concealer much smoother and easier to apply. Between Angie’s concealer brush & the NIRA I can finally use concealer!! 🎉❤😊.

    I’m 58 and bought my Nira on a black Friday presale, and it was delivered the day after Christmas. I’ve been using it in all the areas you have (because I figured why not!), so I’m only 46 days in, but I can already see some tightening under the eyes and in my upper lids as well as some slight improvement in the horizontal lines at the corners of my mouth. It’s kind of incredible and I can’t wait to see what it does for me after a year’s usage. I’m also thinking about using it on the deeper lines in my neck (but not in front over the thyroid) to see if it will make any difference there, though my neck may be too sensitive and those lines may just be too deep.

      It’s ok to use over the thyroid. The laser only goes into the dermal layer - not deeper.

I bought the Nira in 2021 on discount and used it for 60 days… And 60 days did before and after I didn’t see a huge difference and decided to stop. I believe I may have stopped too soon and should’ve kept going. I’m firing it up again before spring and I’m committing for six months to see what I see!🙌

    I received my Nira a month ago. I thought the company did an excellent job of staying in contact about shipping delays. Nira gave the 50% discount to a couple of other content creators, Penn Smith had it as well. I am most excited to see if I get results on my chin and vertical lip lines!

    If you purchased this after the last video, I highly recommend you just wait a little longer vs. cancel. I received mine a few weeks ago and I would run back into my burning house to save this tool! I actually found the communication with the company to be outstanding once they had time to gather what was going on. Letters, emails, etc. - a lesson in customer recovery for all others to follow IMO. Anyway, this thing works!! Only been a few weeks and I can already see changes in my photos.

    Hi Angie, I tried to inquire about the shipment of my Nira Laser, as it was supposed to ship out yesterday according to the last email I received from David from Nira. I sent a response email to ask for information about the tracking numbers etc. Come to find out that email does not exist and I have been waiting over 12 weeks for my Nira Laser. My Order 41997 has been fully paid. What is going on with this company if they don't have any Nira Lasers in stock to sell, why are they still advertising and stating the wait time is 5 to 7 weeks, that's very misleading.

    Every few zaps it intensely hurts out of nowhere even on lower levels. I noticed that it made my eye corner area got dehydrated and I could see cross hatch lines that mortified me.

      I’ve used it for about 65 days and feel the more I use it the more dehydrated my under eye area gets, almost creating bags, sagging and darkness especially at the inner corner. I hydrate my eyes well after using and use several good hydrating eye and skin products day and night. It seems like very few others have this problem. I’m on the verge of returning it.

      I could neve use it especially around my eyes as the pain was so bad . So it's sitting in a drawer . I wonder does others have this issue . I also noticed it frequently makes the beep related to noncontact with the skin. I really wish they had uses different beeping sounds as its difficult to know why it's beeping

    Wow, I'm surprised people got so mad. I ordered on Black Friday. I felt like they overcommunicated the issues but did appreciate their reach out. I got it in April when i was on vacation. I started using it around the beginning of May. Its working great.

    Thank you for your full review! I bought this during Black Friday and got it the end of January. I just started using it this past week consistently. Glad to know it gets results. I bought it mainly to cut down on the need to worry about my concealer creasing. I have the Lancôme concealer, the NYX powder, and your “cat paw” brush. I still struggle with concealer creases. It’s not so much the crow’s feet as the under eye wrinkles. Hope this works for me!😊

    Currently on the website it says "add to cart" but it doesn't ship for 5-7 weeks. To me, that means "out of stock". They shouldn't let people be able to "add to cart" because customers are basically purchasing a spot on a waitlist. They don't have stock. I hate pre-orders. People shouldn't have blamed you, Angie. You are the complete opposite of shady💜

      Pre-orders also help Nira plan their production, labor, benefits, etc. Since they added shifts to increase output so they are able to fulfill all holiday 2022 orders, they likely don't have a crystal ball to know when they may no longer need the additional shifts.

    Thank you for this video, I've ordered this and am waiting for it to come. I ordered it a few days after black Friday but it still hasn't arrived. Twice I've been contacted to say it's been delayed, which was a little disappointing, but I think it will be shipped on Saturday the 24th. One thing I was concerned about was that I was contacted a month ago and asked for my driver's license or copy of a bill to prove that I am a real person. I was given 48 hours to send proof or they were going to cancel my order, which meant I was going to have to pay full price to reorder. As I didn't see the email until half a day later I was a little anxious as I didn't want to send my drivers license and had to take time to find a copy of a bill. But I did succeed and was assured my laser would be shipped the 24th. Can't wait!

      Me too - I just bought an iRestore helmet (laser/NIR) that has great reviews (Dr Dray, Cassandra B, Dr Linkov) and am hoping for the best - it was cheaper on Amazon than the website, and has a one-year return policy if you don't get results. Good luck to us both - thinning hair for women really is a heartbreak!
