Masters of a simple thing as a potato Look at what you get Superb!! Thank you Jacques your the connosouer You had a great partner I'm sorry you don't have your sidekick anymore You both worked so well together👨🍳👩🍳 R.I.P😥 DEAR JULIA You are sorely missed by many💕🌹
In some of her first shows the did put dinners together in half and hour…dinner and appetizers and dessert all in 30 minutes…real meals too not just throw together. She was the original OG of 30 minute meals👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Even though I love Jacques, his potato recipe here is way too involved. It requires cooking the potatoes a ridiculous amount of times. First boiled and mashed, then layered in a pan and fried, then put in the oven, then taken out of the oven and topped with sour cream, then put back in the oven. Those poor potatoes wouldn't have a single nutrient left in them.

Such charm, knowledge and talent.
The two Masters cooked so well together. Complimenting each's strength and had a great time. 😊
Love watching you cook 🥰
This is actually teaching people how to cook. Not how to throw something together in 30 min.

I'm surprised they used the mixer for the mashed potatoes. Easy to overmix and turn gluey
Graham Kerr has a potatoe episode as well.

Quoting Julia, “We don’t care about nutrients, we care about taste!”
There's an easy solution.. don't cook it.
@@matthewbbenton here's a news flash, the more times something is cooked, the less flavor it has
@@sidviscus It took you 10 months to not get a joke?
He was the chef to the president of France. I'll trust he knows how to cook potatoes
