Are the capsules Vitamin E??? If so, wouldn't they dissolve in the mixture??? (BTW: In all of of the hair videos here on YT, the creators always prick the capsule with a needle, then squeeze the oil into the mixture.)
I use normal water to blend it , and for oil you can use any oil of your choice, but it'll be best if is a moisturizing oil because the rosemary leaves is a dry ingredients, this'll help prevent the rosemary water not stripping of the moisture on your hair after use.

I'd appreciate anyone could answer if you have to add oil and glycerin? I always seal my hair after using rosemary plus water on my hair and scalp. Also, depending on the humidity moisture (from the air) could take away or add to much moisture to your hair. That's what I've read and also heard. Not saying it's true 🤔
@@kimberlyviolaraysor1008 Although water is moisture I mean plain water and oil is a sealant, and because the water has been mixed with dry ingredients so the moisture in it have been reduced. If you've have use clove water before you'll see exactly what I mean, it makes hair very dry after use. So how I do it is , is either I add a moisturizing oil while preparing it or I use oil to seal in moisture after spraying because remember I do not wash out.
Thanks for sharing this
@@Euphemia-p1p Thanks for engaging
Thanks for educating. The rosemary tea looks very potent. It will definitely moisturize the hair. I can’t wait to apply it to my hair.

Yes, is because that's how they prefer it. But there's no harm in using the capsule as a whole. It dissolves immediately especially if is water
Was the water warm that you used?
