IIRC Reaper Death seal isn't an "instant win" as you have to actually struggle against who you're sealing, hence why Hiruzen couldn't instant GG Orochi. If you consider that, even if Minato could use Reaper Death Seal on Godzilla, their is a chance that Godzilla is just too god damn powerful for Minato to manage more then sealing a partial aspect of G-man's power. Seeing as Orochi believed Tsaunde could heal his hands after they were effected by the RDS, and seeing Godzilla's ability to evolve, I don't doubt that even if effected by the Seal, godzilla could overcome it with time.
Something to note about the reaper seal is that it can be resisted as seen during the Chunin exams arc, so even if applicable to Godzilla- I doubt minato would be able to beat out the will of Goji regardless.

The Godzilla stuff is pretty bad actually. Lotta misreading Mr. Crafty. So while the dwarf star AP and FTL speed are consistent the justifications are pretty bad. While the artbook says 50% every other source says a much lower level, with the film commentary saying he didn't have many reserves at all. I dunno how you could read the Spain scene this badly. It's stated he LOOKS like his Burning self visually due to the glow he was emitting, but this means very little power wise with the novel very explicitly saying Godzilla's base in New Empire is vastly inferior to when he fought King Ghidorah in Boston with the nuke power. Burning being a 4x power up is just plain stupid-you don't ramp up so much power you'll literally detonate only to then get 2 shot by the guy your strongest form one shots with a 4x increase. Off conservative estimates Ghidorah got a 5-10x power up with the power grid, then gets 28.8x more energy biting onto Godzilla who then becomes Burning and evaporated the hydra in 3 blows. At the lowest this is a 480.5 x multiplier. Enough to reach star level. And another dwarf star feat is that quantum scale radiation blowing away Ghidorah's Brazil sized hurricane -Evolved also doesn't compare to Burning, its spiral beam which is its limit is compared to, by the novel author, when Godzilla was going to detonate in Boston which was when he fought Ghidorah equally let alone when Ghidorah in turn gets stronger then the above scaling chain. This is consistent as Shimo and the apes as a whole are compared to King Ghidorah by himself Evolved doesn't amp speed by 20x, nor power. The maximum his new dorsal plates can hold is 20x the previous set, but we've been informed Godzilla isn't finished evolving meaning this can't apply for power and he's shown to still be slower than Kong who hasn't changed much since GvK. Currently the fastest Monsterverse character is Mechagodzilla with his beam being 2.6x faster than the atomic breath. The dodge you use is a bad one as Kong dodged BEFORE Godzilla fired the beam, he saw him charging it up. Kong catching it with the axe however calcs up to 1.8x the speed of light. The most fundamental component of matter is the atom-subatomic particles are not matter by scientific definition. Godzilla would still win with an absurd power and range advantage and with the fact his attacks can interact with distorted spacetime making a lot of Minato's counters useless.

We've seen Reaper Death Seal get resisted by someone presumably about equal strength (Orochimaru vs Hiruzen. Prime Hiruzen should be stronger but I can't imagine Orochimaru was WEAKER than old man Hiruzen who fought 3 other Hokage, too. If so, that would make RDS a complete joke!) I'm pretty sure we've seen stronger sealing techniques work on stronger opponents and Minato should know at least 1... and I think he wasn't at peak strength vs Kurama and Obito? Hadn't he already done other stuff that day? But even still, basically giving him MAXIMUM benefit of the doubt, wanked stats and a win con... even assuming HE has the speed advantage... I don't think he's winning. He almost certainly wouldn't jump straight to his strongest sealing technique... it's just clearly not in-character for him. And as far as I know, he has virtually no techniques that could even harm Godzilla. Although I don't won't quite remember if it's normal Rasengan, wind-infused Rasengan, or Rasenshuriken that attacks things on the... atomic level? Or was it sub-atomic? Either way, that should at least damage Godzilla... but idk if Minato even has the Wind Chakra Nature. So if it's not normal Rasengan, then he can't even do damage. But even if he could... I don't think he's gonna deal nearly enough from basically teleporting all around Godzilla and just constantly landing Rasengans, before he runs out Chakra. And that's assuming Godzilla basically stands still. Which, we might as well do, since Minato isn't winning that way, anyway lol. Basically, the ONLY way Minato wins is if someone plugs a controller into him and starts the fight with his strongest Sealing technique that we're just ASSUMING he has. And honestly, if I remember right, even the Uzumaki Clan's Adamantine Chains that are basically the strongest technique in the series (I can't remember if they count as a Sealing Technique or not but they're used to basically immobilize a target to be sealed, at least) we broken at one point, in the War Arc. Of course, I think Karin had already been weakened and everything... But basically, I think it would take prime Minato AND Kushina to take down Godzilla. Because MAYBE Godzilla couldn't break Kushina's Chains, and then Minato could probably Seal Godzilla. IIRC Reaper Death seal isn't an "instant win" as you have to actually struggle against who you're sealing, hence why Hiruzen couldn't instant GG Orochi. If you consider that, even if Minato could use Reaper Death Seal on Godzilla, their is a chance that Godzilla is just too god damn powerful for Minato to manage more then sealing a partial aspect of G-man's power. Seeing as Orochi believed Tsaunde could heal his hands after they were effected by the RDS, and seeing Godzilla's ability to evolve, I don't doubt that even if effected by the Seal, godzilla could overcome it with time.

All the scaling for Goji makes sense while you talk bout it but none that shit actually lines up with the movies with jets keeping up with Goji and moving faster then him while entering the fight with Ghidorah, regular missiles annoying him and other man made things that were set off on earth hurting if not almost killing like the oxygen destroyah and Mecha Godzilla's missiles, or punches and slams and shit not even destroying full buildings sometimes like with 2014 Goji tail whipping the muto into a building or tossing kong into buildings hard enough to dislocate his shoulder but not completely topple the building and then Goji also charges into that building don't remember if it destroys it or not
Well you have to remember there's a difference between combat and travel speed and the same way how an ant bite can annoy you but it doesn't hurt you I would assume a combustible bomb would slightly annoy you the blue up in your face but it doesn't damage them and you do realize the oxygen destroyer destroys all oxygen in one Godzilla still needs oxygen that's why it almost killed them and it's not the fact that the building hurts some is the force they're being thrown into it

The Godzilla stuff is pretty bad actually. Lotta misreading Mr. Crafty.
So while the dwarf star AP and FTL speed are consistent the justifications are pretty bad.
While the artbook says 50% every other source says a much lower level, with the film commentary saying he didn't have many reserves at all.
I dunno how you could read the Spain scene this badly. It's stated he LOOKS like his Burning self visually due to the glow he was emitting, but this means very little power wise with the novel very explicitly saying Godzilla's base in New Empire is vastly inferior to when he fought King Ghidorah in Boston with the nuke power.
Burning being a 4x power up is just plain stupid-you don't ramp up so much power you'll literally detonate only to then get 2 shot by the guy your strongest form one shots with a 4x increase. Off conservative estimates Ghidorah got a 5-10x power up with the power grid, then gets 28.8x more energy biting onto Godzilla who then becomes Burning and evaporated the hydra in 3 blows. At the lowest this is a 480.5 x multiplier. Enough to reach star level. And another dwarf star feat is that quantum scale radiation blowing away Ghidorah's Brazil sized hurricane
-Evolved also doesn't compare to Burning, its spiral beam which is its limit is compared to, by the novel author, when Godzilla was going to detonate in Boston which was when he fought Ghidorah equally let alone when Ghidorah in turn gets stronger then the above scaling chain.
This is consistent as Shimo and the apes as a whole are compared to King Ghidorah by himself
Evolved doesn't amp speed by 20x, nor power. The maximum his new dorsal plates can hold is 20x the previous set, but we've been informed Godzilla isn't finished evolving meaning this can't apply for power and he's shown to still be slower than Kong who hasn't changed much since GvK. Currently the fastest Monsterverse character is Mechagodzilla with his beam being 2.6x faster than the atomic breath. The dodge you use is a bad one as Kong dodged BEFORE Godzilla fired the beam, he saw him charging it up. Kong catching it with the axe however calcs up to 1.8x the speed of light.

Godzilla would still win with an absurd power and range advantage and with the fact his attacks can interact with distorted spacetime making a lot of Minato's counters useless.

We've seen Reaper Death Seal get resisted by someone presumably about equal strength (Orochimaru vs Hiruzen. Prime Hiruzen should be stronger but I can't imagine Orochimaru was WEAKER than old man Hiruzen who fought 3 other Hokage, too. If so, that would make RDS a complete joke!) I'm pretty sure we've seen stronger sealing techniques work on stronger opponents and Minato should know at least 1... and I think he wasn't at peak strength vs Kurama and Obito? Hadn't he already done other stuff that day? But even still, basically giving him MAXIMUM benefit of the doubt, wanked stats and a win con... even assuming HE has the speed advantage... I don't think he's winning.
He almost certainly wouldn't jump straight to his strongest sealing technique... it's just clearly not in-character for him. And as far as I know, he has virtually no techniques that could even harm Godzilla. Although I don't won't quite remember if it's normal Rasengan, wind-infused Rasengan, or Rasenshuriken that attacks things on the... atomic level? Or was it sub-atomic? Either way, that should at least damage Godzilla... but idk if Minato even has the Wind Chakra Nature. So if it's not normal Rasengan, then he can't even do damage. But even if he could... I don't think he's gonna deal nearly enough from basically teleporting all around Godzilla and just constantly landing Rasengans, before he runs out Chakra. And that's assuming Godzilla basically stands still. Which, we might as well do, since Minato isn't winning that way, anyway lol.
Basically, the ONLY way Minato wins is if someone plugs a controller into him and starts the fight with his strongest Sealing technique that we're just ASSUMING he has. And honestly, if I remember right, even the Uzumaki Clan's Adamantine Chains that are basically the strongest technique in the series (I can't remember if they count as a Sealing Technique or not but they're used to basically immobilize a target to be sealed, at least) we broken at one point, in the War Arc. Of course, I think Karin had already been weakened and everything... But basically, I think it would take prime Minato AND Kushina to take down Godzilla. Because MAYBE Godzilla couldn't break Kushina's Chains, and then Minato could probably Seal Godzilla.

Base full Kurama's ap is usually scaled higher than base Godzilla's being around Large country level while base Godzilla is around low country - country. The speed is what makes it a COMPLETE stomp. Legendary Godzilla is slow af compared to the Narutoverse. You gotta do some really disingenuous scaling to get him Anywhere near Kurama's speed. We see how fast he is in the movies.
