Im convinced that most of the people that disappear with their cars are going to be found in a body of water somewhere. Maybe we need a nationwide program for searching these lakes and such.
You got a tow truck? You did tell that officer that you were going to pull the car out of the water. Be careful what you say to law enforcement they will hold you to it.
