I've never had the Bank of Mom and Dad to finance my fantasies. I'm envious. Little Natasha, with her vast experience, thinks she's somewhere special. Sarah: "Where she is, is taking huge risks with Mommy's money". 😄
Exactly pretty arrogant.... ‘I wouldn’t be where I am today’ where is it at that she is? Playing at being a ‘developer’ financed by mom’s life savings 🤦♂️
@@captricharddee3634🤣Fortunately for Bert Lahr, he was able to take off his facial prosthetic when filming finished. Botox & plastic surgery aren't so easy to remove.
She said she watched her ' mentor' on TV Then proceeds to disregard everything she's told 🙈 this programme is mind blowing.....I don't know where they find these flakes
Re Sarah's plans at 8:05 I can never see the purpose of two bathrooms on the same floor. There's no need for a family bathroom plus an en suite. An en suite is only necessary if the main bathroom is on another floor. This always confuses me when I see house layouts. Also, Sarah usually says that kitchens should be in the lightest brightest part of the house, whereas she says the opposite to the young woman in this episode.
So you have 2 adults and two teenage children in a typical 3 bedroom house which has the single bathroom and bedrooms on the same floor. This will make queues in the morning as everyone wants a shower. So of course en-suites are useful regardless of weather they are on the same floor as the bathroom or not.
Befuddles me the dust and splinter and whatnot ... no goggles, no respirators, no gloves. Oh, and no hard hats. Are they wearing open-toed strappy sandals?!
I mean if she want to sell this house why not listen to experts? How will she make profits if she sells two bedrooms and a half room and tiny bathrooms.. for the price she dreams of.. its kinda dumb.. she is building her own dream home she forgot about the buyer needs
I think the story of mummy selling their house to fund the development is a story the production team put in. Listen to their accents, this was all being bankrolled by daddy.
Oh my lord, so depressing. It's frightening to see young people who seem downright delusional about making a million. Luckily these young developers were cushioned by parents so they could hold on until the market would go up again.

@@sandeepjuneja5716 Mom thinks the sun rises and sets in her little girl. I really hope she doesn't end up penniless at her time in life.
Mum resembles The Cowardly Lion from The Wizard Of Oz.

Haha. Natasha "Well, if I wasn't impatient and driven I would be where I am today." What, like living with your mum at 22 years old? Lol.
Mothers: The REAL Unsung Heroes of History.
Some nice art deco era items in the Battersea house: mirror, the one fireplace, etc. Mixed with Victorian ceiling rosettes, etc., it's a hodge podge.
Natasha’s Mom looks like a retired “Charlie Angel” 😇 with her 80’s hair 😝
Timing is everything.
5 mins in: Why is Sarah even there? Princess is arguing back about every sensible idea Sarah makes. This one should be fun to watch
she said she watched her; at she havent learnt that Sarah is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take the advise

@@lawrencemanning I would expect a family of that size to have a bigger house.

u can't argue with home owners... even if you have it in writing ... they feel they can change mind
because ...its their house
Doesn't the suspended floor add height to the floor and reduce ceiling height (height between floor and ceiling)? Just curious. Can anyone tell me?
Yes! But high vaulted ceiling enabled her to get away with it.
Thank you so much
Thank you
I've never heard someone describe electrical work as "riding around town on my mate's bike rescuing damsels without any lights" lol
Awesome,thanks

NATASHA BEING NATASHA....😂😂
I'm not a violent person but she is one of those arrogant, self centred little moles you want to punch in the nose (but don't) lol 😁
and no doubt did the show hoping for fame and fortune. That kind of backfired
@@CovidConQuitTheCensorship you're comment made me laugh lol
Hope the mirror, etc were salvaged. Not my personal favorite style, but appreciate the value of items.
Did they budget for family therapy?
🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Expensive houses and they put cheap nasty fence panels in the garden, staggering
Wonder if Natasha's mum will buy it as she sold her's to fund the flip???
She already owns it. They haven't sold it?

Love it
Natasha's mom reminds me of the cowardly lion.
These parents are insane. They are only enablers for their children. Get a job, for god's sake!
Wish I had rich parents. These kids will always think they're better than others. Spoiled.
But... then wouldn't you have ended up thinking you're better than others and being spoiled?
I can assure you Mummy didn’t sell her home to bankroll her daughters development. No doubt Daddy was paying for all this.
Do you know them personally? Or do you think men are the only people who have money? SMH
