And Milla seeing her burning nightmares as children she has to put to bed was so subtle yet powerful. Of course doctor Lobotos parents are awful. It didn't need to be said but they're literally the only monsters in the whole game (other than Morceau's father)
But we don't even know the full story behind the butcher. Maybe he just failed to explain the concept of killing animals for food, although it was definitely a bad idea to do it in front of his son. However, I don't think there's any excuse for what Loboto's parents did.

I've recently started playing Psychonauts on call with a friend so they can see what the game is like, and one of the ways I persuaded them to want to check it out was by showing them this video, I can't wait to get to the end of the game and then show them again! Once they know what all the symbolism in this actually means!

Wow 😯 for a game that doesn’t look like it contains such emotional themes this just make them stand out so much for loboto to be one of the most misunderstood character along with coach we don’t see them as that at the beginning we just see them as soulless villains but if you peel back the layers it shows so much more to them thank for showing this

They saw his power as a curse they made one who was special into ordinary that image of him on the table during the operation imagining his screams it scares me.
all praise and compliments aside, i really do hope that psychonauts gets a third game in the future. the series just feels incomplete without something to top the story off
