Orribile il cibo e l, organizzazione dei turni di cena a dir poco terrificante,non credo nella mia vita di aver mai mangiato peggio, terrificante il pensiero di un marketing che sacrifica la qualità della materia prima nel mangiare per abbellire una nave ,sono stato per 8 giorni a mangiare pizza e patatine, terribile tutto il resto,la prima sera tentammo di andare a cena ,terzo turno fra spintoni e ressa per mangiare dell' insalata di pesce,la peggiore mai vista , primo piatto riscaldato a dovere sembrava colla ,secondo piatto riscaldato e pessimo nel gusto , risultato:non siamo piu andati a cena ,vacanza rovinata

Back from my MSC SeaShore adventure and I've some thoughts. Pondering the trip, it's hard to overlook the lackluster meals. The buffet? Think frenzied rush, not relaxed dining. The ship's ambiance? More urban ruckus than serene sail.
With elevators often in a jam, stairs became our go-to. And our shipmates? Many loud and lacking manners. Throw in those post-midnight parties with rowdy revelers, and it dampened the mood. The Mediterranean surely deserved better surroundings. It's with hesitancy that I say: tread carefully with this one. 😔
Just booking the yacht club. Totally different experience.
Just like the Seaside but the Divina is by far by favorite MSC ship.

Acabei de voltar desse cruzeiro, passei o Natal com a família. Experiência péssima! Eles alteraram o cardápio no Brasil. Comida horrorosa, qualidade ruim. Para comer algo melhor tem que pagar (caro - dólar) em outros restaurantes do navio. A carne do hambúrguer parece ração de cachorro. A água que normalmente é grátis no jantar fora do Brasil, aqui eles tiraram para termos que pagar. Muito cheio, desorganizado e sujo. Poucos funcionários para atender. Fujam desse cruzeiro!!!

Você tem que parar de comprar cruzeiros nessas agencias meia boca. Você não gosta de cruzeiros cheios, compre Yacht Club ou alugue minha Ferretti 530

Hey show the part where you leave ocean cay just as the light Show Begins disappointing many of your guest I think that was my favorite part and this is why you lost me as a customer
Always check your itinerary.
Such bad management, no efficiency, terrible elevators that don’t work and are very slow and takes so long to get a drink even with a drinks package. Not one waiter came to our sunbed and asked us for a drink on our two week stay. The food is terrible, even the pasta was undercooked which means you have to pay for the speciality restaurants. AVOID MSC!
The crew is great, the ship is nice, the price for excursions are reasonable the shopping is upscale, and the shows are enjoyable. The food is a disappointment. They will serve awful pre-sliced prime rib at the restaurant then bring it up for lunch the next day for the buffet and then make some sort of stew for dinner. The buffet will have plain omelets for breakfast. The food was the number one complaint i heard from a lot of people. In the beginning i thought they were being too harsh but by the end of the cruise i had to agree. I had traveled on two other msc ships and least those i could say did better than plain omelets. MSC has other ships that at least try. I would not recommend this ship for any cruise over 4 days as you probably will get tired of the same old thing. I would guess this ship has the lowest food cost/per passenger ratio of the fleet. Finally all of Europe and MSC need to realize that Hidden Valley Ranch dressing is not the crap you serve. Ranch dressing on the ship is gross. MSC ships serve three types of pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. I think the pasta is awful. It taste like undercooked dumplings and they very rarely serve spaghettis in red sauce. I spent over 23 days on the ship and would never go back.
Over 23 days woah! No wonder you got tired of the food. So for 7 days and paying two or three speciality dinnings, would you still recommend to avoid this one?
