Most of those vids you see, are older models the LMM have all kinds of stuff in the way. The coolant line in back to heater core is 5/8" ID and can be a Gates 18743 U formed The coolant line down there is 1/2" ID and a Gates 28460 is a formed 90 deg for about $9 on Amazon. I used 5/16' fuel line also but the sharp bends kinked the hose. So as a good recycler I found an aluminum pipe that was attached to something that fell off under the truck one day. It's a 5/16" OD pipe so a little pipe bender and trim to length and slide into hoses keep em from kinking Y bridge bolts are M6-1.0x25mm flange bolt. I always like to upgrade to Grade 8 when possible The Turbo is simpler with a 6 pt 17mm swivel/flex socket from a kit in stock at Autozone #62-850 $20ish. The Ybridge bolts are easier with a 1/4dr flex extension in a 2pc kit at Oreilly's Should replace uppipe bolts supposedly they're more likely to snap Uppipe bolts ARP 672-1003(5pk), 12mm 12pt head M10x1.5 x 30mm flanged 180,000 Tensile 8740 chromoly; SS ARP 772-1003(5pk)
My sons 06 GMC O2 sensors went bad. I tried everything heat,CRC freeze in a can nothing worked.IAM 58 working on trucks cars all my life. Heavy equipment operator 25 years. I was looking through my DADS old shop manuals found the mix there. So I sprayed O2 sensors let them set next day spray 1 more time set 10min get my big fuc*#+g wrench’s and all 4 come loose one hand no effort.
That motor doesn't have a single ASE bolt on it their all metric and SAE will fit but take the sharp edge off the head and over time they will round off
Just keep in mind that brake fluid eats paint, if you get it on a fender or something the finish is shot. Use ATF instead of brake fluid. Still be careful around painted surfaces because acetone doesn’t like paint either.
It mean a lot coming from you. I’ve watched quite a few of your videos. I wish I realized that I had recorded some on my daughters phone prior to uploading, so I could of included part 2 and made just 1 video.
I think you’ve got to look in Canada or outside the states. Be careful your battery doesn’t die or get to low while uploading. It cost my neighbor a new ecm. His lift pump was running.

That’s hopefully my next buy or a duraburb.

Awesome, I’ll definitely give it a try next time.

Trick for rusty bolts or O2 sensors take small spray bottle mix 50/50 brake fluid and acetone spray on 5 or 10 min
Wrench of easy.
Thanks for the advise. Works as good as PB?

Great video!
We’re did you buy the parts
Directly from HSP.. It was an early Fathers Day gift. If you reach out to them they may give you a better deal then advertised.
What did you do for tuning? Great video
I’ve got an old edge juice tuner. I’ll probably update it when I get a couple more upgrades.
@@hurricanestrouds2141 keep that edge off level 5. Edge is very sketchy tuning
Yeah I usually keep it on 3
Ok thanks. I’m looking for someone to tune mine with efi live. Anyone have any suggestions?
