After being prescribed opiats for his injury, he quickly became addicted and trapt in a dark spiral. Through grit and determination, he was able to push and power his way out of his addictions to find recovery and success. He and Darik talk through how they overcame their addictions and how prescription drugs are causing problems for many, and they don't even realize it.
