I think they had the rights to claim the mindanao cause they were the first people who lives there before Magellan came..beside muslim people particularly the maranao are the nicest people i ever known they gonna protect you if u treat them good ...i live with them for 9 yrs and its the most memorable part of my life i wont forget ❤❤they are hardworking people they treat there women and young children good they help you as much as they can help ...all they want is a land they can call there own something that they long for long long years and i think its time to give them the land they own for decades.
