Bin Picking als bewegliche Roboterzelle (erfolgreiche Automation dort, wo es gerade notwendig ist)

Die Herausforderungen der Automation bei Lohnfertigern sind ganz besonders. Mindestens täglich wechselnde Aufträge, teil unangekündigte Anlieferungen - heute weiß man nicht, was morgen produziert wird. Die Automation muss also besonders flexibel sowie einfach zu bedienen sein um hier im industriellen Alltag echte Vorteile zu ermöglichen.
Unser Partner Staveb Automation (www.stavebauto...) hat daher eine bewegliche Bin Picking Zelle mit unserem MIKADO Control entwickelt und umgesetzt. Der Endkunde kann die Bin Picking Zelle an der Maschine einsetzen, an welcher sie aktuell die größte Gewinne einspielt. Die Kombination aus 3D Kamera und Roboter in Form eines beweglichen Aufbaus ermöglicht so maximale Freiheit für den Endkunden. Dieser kann die zuzuführenden Teile einfach in einer Kiste in die Roboterzelle stellen. Unser Mikado erkennt das einzelne Teil, greift es und führt es lagerichtig der Bearbeitungsmaschine zu. Wechseln die Aufträge bzw. sind weitere Bearbeitungsschritte notwendig, kann die bewegliche Bin Picking Zelle einfach an eine andere Maschine positioniert werden - damit wird Automation dort eingesetzt, wo der größte Nutzen generiert wird.

Automation must therefore be particularly flexible and easy to operate in order to provide real benefits in everyday industrial operations.
Our partner Staveb Automation (www.stavebauto...) has therefore developed and implemented a mobile bin picking cell with our MIKADO Control. The end customer can use the bin picking cell at that machine on which it is currently generating the greatest profits. The combination of 3D camera and robot in the form of a movable structure enables maximum freedom for the end customer. They can simply place the parts to be fed into the robot cell in a box. Our Mikado recognizes the individual part, picks it up and feeds it to the processing machine in the correct position. If the orders change or further processing steps are required, the mobile bin picking cell can simply be positioned on another machine - this means that automation is used where the greatest benefit is generated.
