Thanks :-) I always try to make my cities work, even if I play focusing on details (infinite money, many mods etc.). No abandoned buildings and all services 100% functional. The garbage, I mainly place recycling centers (when I did it, there were no green cities dlc and I used an incinerator disguised as a recycling center that I found on the Workshop). I placed them in strategic points that did not spoil the appearance of the city. (e.g. behind suburban shopping malls.)
what MOD is this kind of graphics?? coz no matter how hard I try to pick a good map and mod for realism I still get a game looking thing. I need this kind of looks! I have a GTX 970 asus strix as graphics card and all graphics maxed out already.
CSL is not too heavy on the graphics card, it is very heavy on the CPU. The 970 starts to get old but it shouldn't have too much trouble handling it. If you ever try to drop a little shadows and textures in the graphic options. As graphics in this city, I used the Daylight classic mod combined with the LUT called RealLut. I don't remember the map theme that I used sincerely, it's been a long time. The map is called Vigo. However in description you can find the list of assets and mods (some of them are only there as a reminder) used for this city. The rest is patience in aligning buildings and objects with Move It :-) obviously unlimited funds mode active.
You are GENIOS , MEN
