Let’s be perfectly clear, if I ever start a business (I won’t, I’m too old), Kim will be my spokesperson. I’d buy ANYTHING from that voice. Moving on, I’ve bought TAG proprietary inks from other sources than the Japanese shop itself. On two separate occasions, from two sellers, the ink bottles leaked in transit. Nothing catastrophic, but still messy. Is there something inherently non travel worthy of TAG ink bottles? (Still love Kim)
Thank you for the compliments! They are greatly appreciated. I have purchased Tag’s Kyo No Ota & Fumisome inks from Shigure and directly from Tag and did not receive any leaked bottles. I have only had one bottle of ink to leak and it was from a third party shipper, which I have learned my lesson. Edward, give Tag one more time if you like their ink. You might want to consider directly from Tag Statiinery or Shirgure Inks. The shipping from Tag is about $25.

The one thing I've really wanted from tag stationary (I don't know if I can ever justify the price tho 😫) is the puddle drop inkwell, but its sold out every time I check their site (luckily for my bank account). Glad you managed to grab the ones you wanted!
So I got my set of these inks just last week and I opened them yesterday. Now when you were shaking and banging like you were trying to open a bottle of ketchup, I was on the floor laughing. But guess who was doing the same thing yesterday? 🤪 🥴 I even jumped up to give some help. But i am digging the inks.
Hello Diya Tahiliani, they usually ship within a week. That is very unusual. I would email them or DM on IG. I have order from them about 5x and each transition has been smooth. I hope you get shipping confirmation very soon.

Pretty ink colors! Glad you were able to obtain them! My Nikko G nib doesn't seem to hold as much ink as the Tachikawa.
