Translation is one of the limitations that faces contemporary man and it makes difficult to condense all different teachings into one. Prajna the third condition cannot be the intellect, actually we have to empty the intellect that is part of Taijasa to access Prajna, your intellect is the result of the truth that you hold in prajna the true that you are not aware. All this teachings are for this new era let’s take them to next level without making them a new age concept. I love this video.

Ignorance and lack of proper knowledge is the main reason why people doubt the science and logic behind the deep hidden meaning of the Hindu scriptures. The first time I heard about this back in the year 2000 in an ad in newspaper about Times Music album Mandukya Upanishad, I immediately felt a deep attraction towards it. Then on my birthday my parents gifted me a set of this album and that was a life changing moment since the experience gained through meditating while listening to the verses alongwith the musical elements elevated my mind to venture into the far depths within and that's the reason why this video has been presented in a manner that helps to understand to an extent what this Upanishad really means.

@@manojrana9417 firstly, we need to clear our mind, make it clear as a mirror.. This is done through rolling of beads and chanting the name of God or a spiritual person or any mantra... Basically what you are doing in reality by this is making the focus of your mind strong inorder to prepare it for venturing into the the journey within.... This process has to be done with faith and passion to realise the Truth, there should be no break in the name chanting process and it has to be done daily for few minutes. After chanting, do Pranayam to energise the body to allow the mind to venture within while doing deep meditation. This process also needs to be done for few minutes. For now, this is the start exercise you need to focus, the other things will become clearer as time passes by and only if you have practiced throughly being true to yourself and having deep faith and passion to realise the Ultimate Truth.

I definitely would love to do the same with all the upanishads but till date only Mandukya Upanishad has been presented by Times Music in such a beautiful blend of music and english translation of all the verses. This is a small step towards that direction. अमात्रश्चतुर्थोऽव्यवहार्यः प्रपञ्चोपशमः शिवोऽद्वैत एवमोङ्कार आत्मैव संविशत्यात्मनाऽऽत्मानं य एवं वेद ॥ १२ ॥ amātraścaturtho'vyavahāryaḥ prapañcopaśamaḥ śivo'dvaita evamoṅkāra ātmaiva saṃviśatyātmanā''tmānaṃ ya evaṃ veda || 12 || 12. That which has no parts (soundless), incomprehensible (with the aid of the senses), the cessation of all phenomena, all bliss and non-dual Aum, is the fourth and verily the same as the Ātman. He who knows this merges his self in the Self.
It is possible to realise the Ultimate Truth and live normally. Only thing that changes is your perception of life, you will see everything as an observer without being affected since you are united with the ultimate within you.

Yes, all three states have upadhi or modification of avidya. Budhi is there only in jagrat and swapna states. Body is there only in jagrat.

Someone please, translate this sublime message of this essence Upanishad, a divine transmission, from using the word HE to the Truth, the One. The ONE is beyond duality, so let’s stop using the Patriarchal, hierarchical language of HE. We can no longer afford to indulge in this sloppy language use.
To benefit all sentient beings, throughout all space time.....this is the message from the Divine Feminine as She is emerging and attempting to help us heal from the ravenous dominance and Hatred of the Feminine known as Patriarchy which has contaminated all spiritual traditions, thus creating the sad and sickened, ignorant world conditions of NOW...a ravenous narcissistic sickness, it is time to go beyond duality and the damage of the the dualistic, hierarchical language of gender....HE is not all knowing......the ONENESS, which is each of us participating fully and to the best of our ability, in the evolution of this ONE Consciousness....this is the Oneness. Let us all humble ourselves to this grave mistake and take responsibility for our part which also accepts and forgives our ancestors, forgive them for they know not what they do....
Well, now we do know, so we must wake up. There’s a reason people on the margins are under attack, women, queers, people of color, and “Other” because the white male power machine, thousands of years old, is in its death throws and it’s not happy about it. It will affect everyone because we have all inherited to some degree, this misogyny, we see it in women and men turning on themselves, on each other, out of self hatred, hating all things vulnerable about themselves...the effect of living in bully societies and the west is not alone in this. It expresses itself in all cultures, world wide.

+Nilesh Patel I think we have always underestimated our culture..but by this spiritual message the faith of Indians in spirituality will increase..
This is a small step towards that direction. I thank firstly to TImes Music for such presenting this Upanishad in such simplicity that everyone can understand it without having to decode the tough sanskrit words to actually realise the deep meaning hidden within it. Secondly, I thank my parents, my sister and brother who have helped to understand this even better by giving the right type of guidance that has helped to make this small video to present the message behind this Upanishad.

It is possible to realise the Ultimate Truth and live normally. Only thing that changes is your perception of life, you will see everything as an observer without being affected since you are united with the ultimate within you.
