Hard to imagine having this much affection for anything but a Ducati, I get it. Looks like karate exercises are in order to Bruce Lee your leg over that tail section.
Yep. Glad to be 6’2” in that respect, not 215lbs on the track. Lol. I saw Tyler Scott at COTA a couple weeks ago practicing during a track day. Riders today are around 140 to 150 pounds to be competitive.
I've seen worse. As I've lived with these, the pluses are: looks great for the price. No flaws like I've seen in others, pretty tough ( I went down at 140 in the infield grass and minimal damage), good customer service online, good color match, sigh hole for oil check, give you lots of heat sheets to cut to size (but no foam) Minuses: you will need to modify some mounting holes (but again, not as bad as others. We're talking about millimeters), use the stock bolts (the fastener option is a joke), do what I did on the windscreen using short bolts so you clear the clutch reservoir. Just install the fairings with the stickers and colors not the black and red pieces. Too much of a pain. A little patience goes a long way with this installation. Overall, I think it's a go. If you go down (knock on wood) you won't be heartbroken as you would be with stock $$$$ fairings. I've seen horrible fitment/unusable fairings by other companies. This was not my experience. Good luck if you do and thanks for watching.
Yes, you can if you are careful. I just bought new ones. Also as a side note, I have heard horror stories on some Chinese fairings. This one turned out to be ok with moderate fitment issues. quality was exactly what I paid for. So, I was not disappointed.

How long did it take for it to come in the mail
Hello. The first set I ordered took 3 months. The second set took 1 month.
So from what I gather Kings fairings is a NO-GO is that correct?

Can you reuse the damper/sound arrester installed on the oem upper panels?
