1/300 Ohlins steering damper on the V2. Wait to the end to see s solution for the Streetfighter.
I originally wanted to put the rare Ohlins steering damper on the Streetfighter, but it would not fit with the bracket I had at the time. So, I installed it on the V2. Then I discovered that a correct bracket for the Streetfighter.

2004 E-350 security system woes... I disconnected the battery to replace the cruise control switch and when I reconnected the batter the security system went haywire. Problem is, the remote key wouldn't work, same as yours at the beginning of your video. Well, push come to shove, I found your video and tracked down the security module. It was a different module, a World Link WL-504 and the wiring was different, but I found the wire codes on it and the starter wire was part of one of the large connectors with no corresponding input. I figured I'd have to come up with a way to energize it but for shits and giggles I thought I'd try to start it first. The damn thing started with the module completely disconnected and no further connections made. Good enough I said. I doubt the power locks will work but that's fine with me. Thanks for posting this video, it turned out to be my saving grace.
What kit do you recommend for A +

Where is your camera mounted?
@@moto_sauce They make a carbon fiber bracket for the V2 and V4 that mounts with the key surround screws. It's even laser etched "V2". I think is a Ducati product. I bought it at V1Moto in Houston. There is no difference between the V2 and V4 bracket in terms of fitment.

I can understand why you feel the way you do. However, after years in the business and doing post repair inspections. The worst repairs come from dealership body shops. The majority I’ve dealt with dealt with have little to no understanding of manufacturer procedures, and for the most part could care less.

Why v2 over the v4? I’m trying to choose on my next bike.
@@moto_sauce Well... I actually have a '24 V4 Steetfighter too. I can wring out the V2 on the street while I've (embarrassingly) never been beyond 9k rpm on the V4. The V4 is so much power to be mixed in with cagers. I've done so many upgrades on both bikes. The latest has been Ohlins FKR forks and a TTY shock, Marchesini forged wheels and Supercorsa tires on the V4. I prefer to get base model bikes and build them out to my needs and budget. I'm dropping a video today (noon central) highlighting my reasons for not getting the R and S versions of various models. Specifically to your question though, for the road, I'd pick the V4. The torque is addictive. It just a little more effort in the corners when riding aggressively. You may be more courageous than me and can wring it out more than me. If tracking, the V2 is my choice. Easier in the turns and plenty fast in the straights. Plus, you will know a good lap time is more about you than the bike making time in the straights. The V2 is less expensive too. If both, the V4. It's a close call for me and I see your dilemma. You will probably spend more time on the street anyway. You seem like an experienced rider and can handle it. Thanks for watching and happy riding.
Thanks for doing this mate, nice to see how its done pit side commercially. Im putting a pit in at home, no small task but not enough height for a lift. Edit: Haha, when you said wipe the oil filter housing clean before putting the filter up, good to see the seal from the old filter hasn't stuck to it and cause it to piss oil all over the floor on the drive out! Don't ask me how I know that lool. Cheers D

But your exchanging a tool that was made in the USA for one that is now made in China. Not the same. Anything made in China is garbage. We need to bring all the manufacturing jobs back to this country. Even toothpaste and razors are made in Mexico. All of this has got to stop. MAGA
