Look, I make long reviews, what can I say? This is the longest one yet, because V20 is one of my favourite games. Despite the length, I skipped a LOT of detail (on all the Elder discipline powers, the Bloodlines, mechanical intricacies, etc.). Ultimately this book is just completely packed, beginning to end, with Vampire: the Masquerade goodness. It's absolutely worth the money if you want the classic Vampire experience.
V5 is out there, too, and I own almost all of it. The supplements have made the game at least mostly playable for me. But the V5 core book is but a pale shadow of V20's -- it covers only seven clans, the layout is awful, I could go on. If anyone wants to see my take on V5 I'm happy to do that another time -- let me know below!
Soon we'll take a look at Vampire: The Dark Ages 20th Anniversary, which in my estimation is even better than this book, and then Wraith: the Oblivion 20th Anniversary, which is yet another gem. So I guess I'm saying: strap yourself in for more feature-length reviews!
