  • Celebrate the festive season with this No-Bake Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, a fusion dessert that combines the richness of gulab jamuns with the creaminess of a cheesecake! Perfect for family gatherings and celebrations, this easy-to-make recipe will become the highlight of your dessert table.
    Ingredients
    For the Base:
    • 200 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
    • 80 g unsalted butter, melted
    For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 500 g cream cheese (room temperature)
    • 200 g condensed milk
    • 200 ml heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 1 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1 tsp rose water (optional)
    • 10-12 mini gulab jamuns (squeeze slightly to remove excess syrup)
    For the Topping:
    • 6-8 mini gulab jamuns (halved or whole for decoration)
    • Crushed pistachios
    • Rose petals (optional, for garnish)
    • A drizzle of gulab jamun syrup (optional)
    Method
    . Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling with a pin.
    . Mix the crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
    . Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan (8-inch works well).
    . Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to set.
    . In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    . Add condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water. Beat until well combined and smooth.
    . Gently fold the squeezed gulab jamuns into the cheesecake mixture.
    . Pour the filling over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.
    . Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight, to set.
    . Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
    . Arrange the halved or whole gulab jamuns on top.
    . Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and rose petals.
    . Optionally, drizzle some gulab jamun syrup over the top for extra flavor.
    • Slice the cheesecake using a warm knife for clean cuts.
    • Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
