- This crossing was not on BNSF's plan for upgrades to the Racetrack yet, however in September 2024, a semi turning right off of Burlington Ave. struck the southern cantilever knocking it down. BNSF ended up scrapping it on site and left the mast up with new front lights temporarily. A couple weeks later, a new Harmon cantilever was installed, giving this neat mixed setup.

The newer one replaced the one taken out by the truck

It took a huge hit to get knocked down, but, yeah, that wack-job truck didn't have common sense, did it? Have a good week, and thanks for the reply! According to both TH-cam and Google Maps, the old cantilever signal did get knocked down by a semi truck.
Something tells me there have been a lot of accidents here.
