- This is an interesting song. Yes, it's centered around my limited experiences and issues (yes, I put my glasses on the window sill and stand before the same mirror I have for 27 years [10,000 times]) but there was such travail with this offering I think our compassionate Savior was reaching out to the so many who weep...and bleed; not just me. After all, in the Bible, Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." So, to the many who are in this wounded state, there is healing for your heart from the one who made it.
