I'm 20 as well, best thing I can say is just find one thing you are passionate about and can make a reasonable living from, for me it was my interest in psychology, right now I am studying for it in university. Having a dream doesn't make this life any easier, but it does give me a reason to keep pushing and continue forward.
I just turn 23, it's something in me that switch off and says that's it, you gotta make it, always was a shy kid, bullied and went through a lot of things and just wanna inspire others, few people tell me I'm really special to them and inspire them, saw and heard many stories where they changed for the better completely but I'm stuck in my own thing for a while and I know this year will be mine, I will get out of this sitaution and make it, I believe in it, in myself and know it's gonna happen.

No one accepts how I feel or acknowledges what I've been through or am currently going through because we all focus on ourselves more than others and yet we tend to try and help others more because we wish someone did the same to us. Sometimes I just get so fed up with people or my situation that I just want to go off on people and tell them things that I know would get them upset but would mean making it fair to me for all the things they say about me behind my back. I bottle so many things up. It helps keep things simple and peaceful at the sacrifice of my well-being because nobody gives that much of a shit unless it benefits them. I hear you through this video man and regardless of what I don't know about you or your life I do think you're going through a lot and I hope the best for you man.

Childhood is happiness for a lot of us, but remembering you have to grow up is the hard part, unfortunately.
