    I like that Tak has adapted the style and even gave it a little of a tai chi feel to it.
    many years of hard work and dedication have payed off.

    Why is Fu Jow Pai done so slow? Looks very much like Hung Kuen with out the power

    this is a soft movement form. it not supposed to be powerful if you want to see his power please watch his iron palm break video, then comment. peace and respect.
