Great Video and crazy Sub-3, 2 weeks after Berlin... damn and gratz! I was in Berlin too and it was so much noise about the Adidas Evo Pro 1, they even showcased it on the Expo. Crazy, but i love that 🤣 Got the Asics Superblast today, i heard so freakin much about them, and so much posiitve, will give em a try, maybe worth considering for you as well. Actually i have Endorphin Speed 3`s (600K), Invincible 3`s (400K) and Vaporfly 3 (130K). I love the Endorphins to death, super nice shoes and the Vaporflies are out of this World, the Invincble are... nice... but not that great. Keep up the great work, love your content!
I just started running this year religiously and I feel my feet changing. They hurt and they look different. Not sure if that normal or good. Wonder what his feet look like. Dude is a beast.
I started running seriously in August, 5-6 5ks a week with added zone 2 and HIT training. I’m 29 and in Texas. My estimated vo2 max shot up from 35 to 50 as of October 11.
Great work! Rest up and take it easy. What were your recent race times to suggest you were around 3:00 hour shape? Sub 38:00 10K and HM in the low 1:20s?
Thank you for the video! You can still use them as speedwork trainers even after they are done with racing, right? That way you don't need to pitch them. Shooting for 3:20 in a few days!
I'm a 6'3 man with a fairly decent body, but you said you're 6'2, how do you workout to get your body is shape, like you have now? Please do a video on that. Thanks! Best of luck.
He doesn’t even work out for bodybuilding I don’t think but just work out like a bodybuilder and you’ll get there with consistency and making sure you get your macros in
They're just the same, for maximum performance, use once, but they'll last much longer and give a lessor performance. No way Kipton or Kipchoge wear the same shoe for multiple marathons, one then done.
Feel ya man can't do much about bad knees other than basic recovery and perfect form, that being said tho don't give up you never know what your body's truly capable of :)
Look up KneesOverToesGuy, this dude has some incredible exercises aimed at reducing knee pain! Have been doing some of his exercises and have no knee pain anymore whatsoever (granted I only had very minor knee pain before I started)
You can wear them more than once, it's merely stating it's best performance will be for its first marathon after being broken in, just like...every other shoe on the market.

Lots of cardio with weight training
He lifts weights, does cardio and doesn’t overeat
He does a lot of cardio. Weights but not much. Sprints.
1) age, he's young 2) probably eats not a ton of junk food 3) constantly on the move lifting or running.
