Now you are a club member.
I feel we are in this bad zone were dealers are giving us crap for our trade-ins and still expecting the purchaser to play the inflated prices on new car. Just like buying a car during covid you do this your your own worst enemy financially.
People pay to go to college, but you also have to pay to learn from your mistakes. We're going to learn either way.
Exactly
As smart as I thought you were you bought a Ford! LOL!
First On Race Day
You mean the BEST selling trucks every year for the last 38 years ???!!!
The market you sold into is considerably different than last summer.
Yes it is
Welcome to the jungle of the automotive world today. You should have done a video like I see some TH-camrs doing, and crazy people buy it for way too much money just because your ass was in the seat.
My Dad's 2017 4dr F-150 w/ 77k miles has a plugged Cat.
Warranty covers it but that Cat shouldn't have plugged up with that little mileage. Plus he's had other issues with it like sensors, etc. & he takes super good care of his trucks.
Now he just bought the FP700 at 72yrs of age! Talk about a loud & very fast supercharged Truck! Dagum it'll run!
Was this the lemon
What would’ve you gotten for it at the auction?
Well done. Thanks for sharing your experience of loss as well as the resale guidelines in certain parts of the industry. It's like the fox watching the henhouse. Best of luck in your business. You have good business practices and appear to be one of the most honest in the business.
Thank you for saying that
Thanks
Welcome
This is the difference between Financial and Economics...on paper vs. actual price is what someone is willing to pay.
2010 FJ Cruiser, 2006 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4, 2011 Lexus GX460, 2010 Carmry Se... nothing broken, everything runs....😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Thank you for making a video on this. I was wondering why you were selling your F-150 through your dealership.
I noticed it had a lemon title, too. Do you think that impacted price and the issues it had?
Bought new my F-150 Limited in 2019. A great looking, running truck. Had issues first week with air bag sensors fixed immediately. Then flat tire three times in four weeks. Truck was fine til 31,000 miles. Camphaser problems on startup sounded like a diesel. I brought it to dealer and they fixed it plus two new timing chains and it runs great xtra warranty for 2 years. 48,000 on it now and Im getting quotes for 32,000 but they know it can sell for 41,000. Not selling. Dealers crack me up. 😂🤣😂🤣
Keep your car till it breaks no point in selling rn if it is in working condition
@joewontwice Can't sell when it's broken
Great post.
Sounds like you purchased a used car for yourself, welcome to the party Pal. Love your content.
Life often seems like a crap shoot friend sometimes. Sorry to hear your loss.
