    I hope you are ok man, and not eating these things all the time.
    I can tell you're a bigger guy, and I don't mean any offense by that. Hell, I'm 5'11" and 290lbs.. so I'm no one to judge.
    But I hope you are only reviewing these "occasionally" and not relying on them on for everyday meals.
    In general, MRE's by design are meant to be for active people. Most of them are calorie and protein dense because they're designed for soldiers in the field. They've been adapted and used by civilians, like campers and hikers, but even they're ACTIVE people "out in the field" burning the calories off and putting the protein to work.
    These things are also salt heavy, because sodium is a key electrolyte. But for people who sit around all day (me included) this is BAD for your heart and circulation. Got swollen legs? Well, this will only make it worse.
    Then you have the "preppers" who may just store this stuff for doomsday or whatever lol. They typically save them and don't eat them unless they had no food and needed food for a day.

      No I just eat this stuff occasionally. Much rather have a burger on the grill! 🙂
