Great result Timo! I’ve experienced that first part of a long race when the car is heavy and you get some understeer. And ya blue flag mid corner ai slowdowns are nerve wracking! 😅
Spoiler alert : This race was strange. How come that in quality Timo put 1second to the best car. Then on the race, then after Berger passed Timo Berger is doing laptimes 1 to 2 seconds quicker than Timo. That can't possibly be the hard tires right ?
Nice video once again, as you do not quit and restart races after doing a mistake, pretending to be an alien driver. On highspeed tracks like old Hockenheim, the AI is slower than on others. I guess it is because they use some kind of default setup, which does not give them enough speed on the long straights.
@@TimoDick😀It is just my experience. When I drive with low wings and longer gears at Hockenheim, I usually clearly rush away from the AI on the straights at 110-115 strength with the classic F1 cars, whereas I must lower the AI strength on other tracks in order to be competitive. The only thing I have to be aware of is the engine wear, which is pretty high when pushing too hard. But I must confess that I drive with paddle shifting, as my manual shifter unfortunately is damaged.
That was great! - They were super fast in the beginning then cooled off.... Blue Flags need upgrade....! Have you ever tried VR ?

Nice one, Timo! WOah!
Great content!!
A 1.04 is a pretty good time with this car on this track. 👍
The Silverest One
Was i the only one who saw that
whoah no chicane?! nice. is this the closest layout that they used in 1990?
Yes it's the closest there was just a chicane at luffield just before woodcote
I use Silverstone 1991 (not 1975 version) even if changes were made in 1991. It looks more authentic of an era.

Thanks! However, regarding Hockenheim, wait for my next video ... speaking of "slower AI" 😉

I enjoy your content but there are too many midroll ADs so its a unsub from me
Sorry to hear that. I actually reduced the mid-roll ads here to 50 %. What would be a tolerable amount for you?
